I have always bought sketchers, and I love the shoes, but some how size 39 for woman some are super big, like this time and some are ok. I have home 2 shoes! Already that they are 39 but too big.

Great Customer Service! I ordered the step in booties for my Sister in Law. Sent them to an address with 2 lines correct, name and street address, but wrong town in NJ instead of MA. They were delivered...but not sure to whom. I called Skechers to see if anyone had returned them or contacted Skechers, but answer no. The rep I was talking to, saw that I had ordered another pair, to go to the correct address with the same 2 first lines, AND SHE GAVE ME CREDIT FOR THE WRONGLY ADDRESSED PAIR! I was shocked and happy. It really shows they care about their customers. I have bought many slips-ins that I love. Will order more.

Honestly? it’s not bad like comfy enough for running errands or hanging out but, after a few months, it started showing wear faster than I expected. I thought it’d last longer for the price, fine for casual use but I wouldn’t but again. 😏

I bought a pair of 90$ slip-on skechers and all the buckles on the straps have rusted out in less than 3 months.

Is Skechers now selling shitty Chinese products at bloated western prices?
Sure seems that way. I was told it was normal wear and tear.

Save your money, buy the same cheap Asian shoes at the cheap asian price, and get the same shitty quality as Skechers

I visited the Nottingham store situated within the Victoria Centre shopping mall on Sunday 22nd February 2026. On my last visit (approx 2yrs ago) I purchased two pairs of very comfortable footwear and received some very helpful and attentive service from Kim I think it was? Whilst I am generally in good health I do have some specific issues with my left foot and ankle, to start with I have a large bunion which forces the other toes over making my left foot to be much wider than the right. I also wear orthotics and my posterior tibialis tendon (which stops the foot from collapsing in on itself) is ruptured, so now I use an ankle brace for support. On top of that I also have Parkinson's Disease!
Back to the 22nd. Accompanied by my wife we entered the store and browsed for a short while before being approached by Natalie to see if we required any assistance. From that moment right up to our exit nothing was too much trouble for her. Having stated my long list requirements she dutifully went into the stockroom and returned with boxes piled high in her arms. This she did several times, also whilst attending to other customers. Never for a moment though did we feel neglected, nor at any time did we detect a waning of her energy and enthusiasm. She was simply fantastic, even smiling at my meaningless mutterings. 2 pairs purchased and two very happy shoppers walked out of the door thatafternoon. So thank you very much Natalie, your service was exemplary and you are a credit to yourself, your employers and the human race. John

I purchased a pair of shoes as a gift, and when they didn’t fit, I returned them promptly in the same condition I received them and requested a refund to my original form of payment. Instead, I was told there was an issue processing the refund and was sent back and forth between Skechers and my bank multiple times.

Rather than resolving the problem, customer service eventually issued an e-gift card without my consent, which was not what I asked for. I’ve wasted a significant amount of time trying to correct this situation.

Because of this experience, I will no longer purchase from Skechers online. The process was frustrating, time-consuming, and not trustworthy when it came to handling a simple return and refund.

I ordered three pairs of shoes but only two arrived. I've contacted the company SEVEN times but they don't ever bother to reply. I consider this to be fraud as they've conned me out of my money.

I visited the Westfield (Stratford) branch of Skechers today looking for gents sandals and trainers. I was keen on the slip-in variety. I was politely greeted by Adam and after explaining what I was after, he showed me the various types and styles available. Having tried the appropriate sizes in both trainers and sandals I chose a pair of each and, after payment, I left the store. Adam was a very polite and helpful member of staff and I had an opportunity to thank him. Professional service. Well done.

I bought a pair of slip-ins arch foot support. Absolutely unbelievable level of comfort for my feet. I have them on 8 hours straight at work! The best buy for a long period of time.

Lovely warm boots .. walked miles in them and comfy from day 1 ..
Bought from M&M direct ..next day delivery ,( after I ordered off Amazon and it was cancelled on delivery date so needed them quickly for holiday .)
Love they have a zip , and easy to get on and off .. decent grip on slippy cobbles , look good with jeans or leggings/jeggings ..well worth £50;..

Still not received my shoes!

I purchased a pair of SKECHERS Womens Keepsakes 2.0 Morning Walks Boots, in April 2025, did not wear them until recently when the snow came down. the boots are warm and easy to walk in. But, the right boots did let in water, after just walking in the snow once. I am unable to post a review on the company site I purchased the boots from because it is too late. Hopefully it will appear on this site, just so anyone considering a purchase of these boots, will be aware, they are not water resistant
To note, I have received a request from Sketchers for more information in regards to my review. Unsure of what they require, or even how to reply direct to Sketchers. I think the review is clear, one boot let in water when put to the test.
