I was first concerned that my order was going to be shipped to the wrong location, my order address and my acknowledgment address were not the same, but Jish went above and beyond and tracked my order from start to finish to make sure that my tires were delivered to the correct place. Checked in several times to make sure everything was great and checked in after delivery to make sure everything looked good. What a great experience and will definitely shop at Simple Tire again and again. Always have the best prices and great specials.

Order tires 7 days ago and they still haven't shipped. Good thing I didn't need tires even kinda of ASAP since that clearly not going to happen. 2 days left till order gets cancelled and we go back to tirerack

tried ordering signed up for credit card to get rebate could not use store card online till receive card in mail talked to AI and representative then continental then credit card person all pointed at each other. The person at simple tire had no idea what she was doing she could have called the vender line and put the order in, but she said they have no connection to the card. Then why is it in your check out on your site .wasted four hours on phone canceled card a card and order same day. missed rebate but do not have to deal with their incompetence

This is the worst place to order ties from I ordered my tires on a Monday. They told me I was having Wednesday Wednesday turned intoThursday Thursday turned to Friday. I received one tire Friday afternoon now we’re at Monday no tire no call. No nothing I wouldn’t refer anybody to this company. So far my experience sucks to all high hell I’ve had to change plans twice then canceled them. So no find an alternate source. . So just just to add to this after reading the reviews evidently this seems like a pattern with them. They always say they apologize and they want you to reach out to them to discuss the issue further instead of them reaching out to you but now I’m good. There’s nothing that they can say that they haven’t said to everybody else that the same situation has happened to one of the first reviews I read was exactly like mine so they know what’s going on. They just choose not to do anything about it that’s the way it seems

Ordered tires a while back with them, unfortunately they were delivered elsewhere and when I tried reporting it, never heard back from them. Noticed in my invoice, I had paid for “shipping protection” with a company they partnered with & I contacted them only to be told they never setup my contract or any to be exact. They skimmed probably thousands of $ from many other shoppers. Glad AfterShip dropped them.

Lost my order the time, then had to reorder then the order two days late got three tires one day and the fourth one the next day, so what did they do for me or offer me for the bull shit I had to deal with nothing. When you talk to someone they are in another god dam county that's bull shit.

Finally a company that cares !!! I was at the Vegas to Reno race and they had a booth set up And the associates that I worked with were very friendly and willing to help in the process of my order , I had some issues with processing and order on my phone and had reached out to the app’s customer service and was very pleased on there willing to help as well !!!

Nice and dependable tires very fast shipping

You sent me an excellent set of tires. I did order touring tires but received mud and snow. The next time I order Tires from you from my other cars I will call in and not use the website.

The service advisor I dealt with on the phone (sorry I don’t remember his name) was awesome! He was professional, courteous and informative! Coming from a customer service field myself, he is everything you want a team member to be!!

As far as SimpleTire goes, if I could give 10 stars I could! I ordered my first set of tires and they arrived in 2 days!!! Fast and efficient. I most definitely will be ordering from them again.

My overall experience with SimpleTire was excellent! It was great from start to finish and I would definitely buy from you again! I was pleasantly surprised how quiet, smooth and balanced the Kumho Crugen HP27 tires are.
My car rides so much better since having the tires installed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordering a tire for my '00 4Runner was a hassle. Because I didn't order the stock size, it seemed to make the process more complicated. When I finally got through that, I chose my tire installer. The program defaulted to an install date 5 days after the order. I only wanted a spare tire installed and I was dropping off the wheel. The site indicated the tire would likely arrive at the installer the next day. It arrived 4 days later, including a day where it wasn't dropped off for some reason that wasn't explained.
If there was any good side to it, I prepaid the install fee so left the installer owing nothing.
I will not use Simple Tire again. I will pay the installer to get the tire and pay a few extra bucks.
Update: I was contacted by Brandon O. from Simple Tire. He was very professional and sincerely wanted to discuss my experience. He was never pushy nor did he try to make excuses. He pointed out that there were some issues in the system for ordering tires that he was going to address. He also stated that once the tire is shipped, Simple Tire no longer has control of its delivery date. I suggested we talk on the phone when I could try to recreate the issues. He was agreeable to this. Unfortunately, I became extremely busy and never followed up. What I did do a couple weeks later was go through the steps of buying another tire. This time it went flawlessly. I'm not sure if the system was improved in the time since I spoke with him, or maybe I was more familiar with how it worked. Either way, I had no issues, other than that the system defaults to an install date at the tire installer (CJ's in my case) that is several days in the future. In thinking about this further, I think you could call the installer and have them modify the date based on when your tire(s) arrive(s) and what their work load is. In closing, although I originally said I would not use Simple Tire again, the fact that Brandon O. contacted me with a genuine concern for my experience and trying the system again successfully (which I wouldn't have done had he not contacted me), I have changed my mind. I will use Simple Tire again.

Ease of selecting tire and finding what I needed

Ordered a tire on FridayJuly 31st & was supposed to have it on Monday, August 3. Called to inquire & was told they would look into it & expedite the shipping. It's now Thursday, August 6 & I still don't have my tire.

Ordered tires on my lunch break, they arrived the next day. Simple Tire's price was below other sites including Amazon/ eBay and I was able to "finance" them pretty easily.
