Great quality for the price, very good customer service. Some of the jerseys run a bit small, though this is noted in the description. Delivery arrived within two weeks. Would happily order again!

⭐ 1/5 — Ordered before the World Cup, still no jersey

Ordered a jersey ahead of the World Cup so I’d have it in time for the matches. Big mistake. I had to chase status updates almost every single time myself — they never proactively updated me on anything.

First they said shipping would take 12-16 days total. After that deadline passed, I got told the order was “in production” and would ship “as soon as possible.” I asked again days later — same vague “in production, please wait patiently” answer. This happened twice over the course of a week, with zero actual progress.

After I pushed back pointing out they’d claimed “in production” four days earlier with no update since, they suddenly admitted the jerseys were “out of stock” and cancelled my entire order. So either they lied about the production status repeatedly, or they have zero visibility into their own warehouse — neither is acceptable.

As “compensation” for wasting weeks of my time and making me miss watching matches in my own jersey, they offered a refund in 72 hours and a $5 coupon expiring in 7 days. Not exactly making up for the missed games or the runaround.

This is the second time I’ve experienced this kind of failure with this seller. They clearly cannot handle order volume during high-demand periods like a World Cup, yet keep accepting orders they can’t fulfill. Avoid, especially if you need something time-sensitive

Update: Now they’re even offering customers money to delete their negative reviews. It doesn’t get much more embarrassing than that. That also explains the many positive reviews and few negative ones here. I don’t even want to think about how many unreported cases there are.

@Siujersey: You really should consider restructuring your company and its processes with the customer in mind and opening a shipping warehouse within Europe. Things can’t go on like this.

SCAMMERS! Even though 10 days have passed, my order still hasn’t been shipped. Every time I contacted them, they said they would send it as soon as possible, but nothing has changed. Please don’t pay attention to the positive reviews — they’re all lies!
