They are charging me for months even I…
They are charging me for months even I cancelled it, (or their cancellation popup is tricky, they prevented my cancellation but I am pretty sure I cancelled my account) there is no support that I can contact that I want refund. Refund my money for at least 6 months!

If you received that email at the time you performed the cancellation, and you are still being charged, please let us know so we can investigate the case.

Some families keep their profiles permanently because they have diverse childcare needs, and there may be occasional periods of inactivity. The platform automatically removes profiles that have been completely inactive for a set number of days.
To make sure you only contact families who are currently looking, we recommend checking their last activity and profile details. If you ever need help or guidance, feel free to reach out to us at info@sitly.de – we’re happy to assist!
