So on Black Friday. I purchased a solar bracelet on sale for $1 and 95 cent 2 weeks later, I was charged $17.95 for a membership that I did not agree to. After contacting the boutique I was told that my money was not refundable but I was welcome to anything in the boutique. I did not want any items from the boutique. I wanted my money back! I ended up having to call my bank and dispute the charge and have the payment stopped in order to get my money redacted. I contacted them several times through a string of emails and they refused to give me my money back. Even threatening them with legal action. Be mindful when you are purchasing from people online as some of these people do not have good business practices. Nor do they care about your money? This was one interaction where I can say that this person did not care about proper business. As she canceled the membership still refusing to give me my money back

Delivery on time. All was as expected. Would use again.

The most ridiculous service ever better off using the Hofer online shopping at least there stock levels are actually…And the customer service isn’t worth ringing at all.. so I’d use something else.

My order was delivered on time and the quality of the products was very good. The delivery drivers have been extremely professional. Billa has consistently fulfilled 99% -100% of the items I ordered. I really like the free delivery and have been placing orders every week since it is difficult for me to go to the store. The next day delivery is great. I like the notification of the arrival time.

I almost never had to suffer delays or similar. Each delivery was on time and brought by diligent guys...the had to carry all the weights alone up to the 3rd floor...thanks for them!

Very unfriendly service. My items were missing, and customer care is extremely rude! I don’t understand how we can be in an international city, yet the store would not see the value in investing in a customer care space that can also accommodate non Deutsche speakers!! I would not be using this service again!

We are currently in quarantine, in order to meet our needs during this time, we ordered from the billa online shop. They were supposed to bring the order between 8-10pm. After 10, they updated the order status as closed, but neither the order reached us, nor anyone called us. We faced the similar situation before, tried to call the customer service but no one could speak English and we sent several e-Mails to reach them. Even though the transaction had been finished no one replied our mails. Finally, almost 10-12 days later they replied us and tried to solved the issue. But this time we couldn’t manage to reach out anyone. And again they withdrew the money from the account, but we didn’t hear about the order. No one has contacted us. We could not meet our needs in quarantine and we were in this difficult situation. Terrible experience. How can you not even have an English speaking person in your customer service? Or you have to reply e-Mails quicker? Never use again! Worst customer experience ever

My last BILLA order was not delivered at all. I was trying to reach BILLA customer service via email and phone but got reply only 2 days later. Moreover the reply did not even include the reason why my order did not reach me.
