Ignorance and no support
Spend nearly 200EUR and item was shipped with cheapest provider. Its been nearly 2 weeks still no order. Called local UK provider they told item is lost or stolen and we should contact the seller. Send several emails but no reply from the seller! Would recommend to avoid !!!
