I worked here. Here is an honest…
It’s a genuinely good company. And they always deliver. Worst case call customer support or go to one of the shops. Everything will always be sorted and any kind of defect exchanged without any problems at all. Unless over 45 days or worn (wear and tear)
Honestly they really try. You can always get a drink at their stores and the workers are mostly very friendly and know their stuff before they are sent out on the floor.

Great product but terrible service
Customer service was really disappointing. My online order was sent to the correct street but the wrong postcode. I noticed immediately and emailed support straight away, but got no response. The package was still dispatched three days later, so I followed up again and again heard nothing.
I then called two days later and the guy I spoke to was pretty unhelpful. He said he’d check whether the package could be rerouted and come back to me, but never did. When I called again, he confirmed it couldn’t be rerouted. Also an attitude of ‘I don’t know how things work in Germany and this is really not my problem.’
Great brand, but the customer service experience was poor from start to finish.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. It should never feel like you are left without a reply, especially when you reach out quickly about an address issue and are trying to prevent a package from being sent to the wrong place.
For urgent matters like address changes, delivery changes, or anything that needs to be handled before a parcel is dispatched, chat or phone is always the best way to reach us. Emails are answered from oldest to newest, and at busy times we may still be working through messages from a couple of days earlier. Because of that, email is unfortunately not always the fastest option when something needs to be handled right away. A follow-up on the same email thread can also move the inquiry back in the inbox, which is why we always recommend chat or phone for anything time-sensitive.
That said, we should still have guided you better and followed up properly when we said we would. I also understand why the phone experience felt disappointing. Even when a parcel is already on its way and our options can be limited, you should still be met with a helpful and solution-oriented approach.
