Easy Swift Simple
Easy to submit, swift response. The report went into Bulk Mail, and I was unaware of it until asked to submit a review by Trustpilot, which did not go into Bulk Mail. The report is highly standardised, with little individually tailored. One part (on probabilities) was ambiguous. Even with these caveats, I would certainly purchase again - easy, swift, simple.

I'll touch base with you separately on the aspect of the report you found ambiguous to see if I can clarify anything.
I'm actually pleased you noted that the report is highly standardised. When it comes to medical reports, if you have the same inputs - age bracket, sex, result, relevant symptoms, history et.c. - you should get the same output / report. It would be a poor service if you got one report while someone else with exactly the same clinical picture got a different report.
In terms of personalisation, your report is tailored to the history you gave us with respect to symptoms, family history, rationale for testing and so on. Had you given a different history, you would have received a different report. So, our reports are personalised but also highly standardised. This is exactly what you need in a diagnostics service.

Outstanding professional service.
I have used Selph numerous times and will certainly use their excellent professional tests in the future. They provide a number tests that are not standard protocol for a NHS General Practitioner to conduct which I find very beneficial. In addition, all the blood test results matched precisely that of NHS tests. The tests are easy to undertake with clear instructions, the medical reports are concise, the service and communication is faultless. I highly recommend Selph, particularly if your usual health service provider are dragging their heels.

Gluten intolerance 2nd opinion
Was recently diagnosed after NHS blood test as intolerant to gluten.
Used Selph for a second opinion.
Both test results corresponded accurately.
Worth paying the extra for reliable analysis, as two home test kits costing £8.00 each found no evidence at all of intolerance to gluten. You get what you pay for guys. Many Thanks, would use again!

Easy process and very fast results
Website is easy to navigate, ordering process was straight forward, and test kit arrived within two days of ordering. There was at first some confusion as the test kit said it was a FIT test not calprotectin test that I had ordered. I emailed Selph and got a reply the same day which cleared everything up. Completing the test and sending it to the lab was easy to do. The instructions were easy to follow. Result arrived within two days and included the information I needed to speak to my doctor. Will definitely buy further tests from Selph in the future.
