I have had my Sellvia account for a month and I’m not seeing a great deal of profit because I have to keep putting my profits towards fulfillment credits and advertising. I’m hoping to see some real gains soon. I’ve had great experiences with customer support though I haven’t had the opportunity to speak with my growth advisor yet but hope to in the near future. That’s on me because I’ve had 2 appointments scheduled and I missed both because I couldn’t find the right email to access the meetings. I’ve been going to night school and work part time during the day. On top of doctors appointments, I don’t have much extra time for meetings. I’m hoping that after this current job that I’m working I’ll have more free time to optimize my stores profits. I’m giving 4 stars for the profits that I’m seeing but aren’t available for payouts yet and for the customer service that I’ve received for my questions.
When someone asked me what I was running, I just said "a side thing that paid for itself" because honestly that felt more honest than explaining the whole setup - the $39 a month felt like a real question mark at first, but once the withdrawal cleared I stopped having that conversation with myself.

I'm about 2 weeks in, and I am starting to see growth in my overall orders and income from the store. I have not yet cashed out any of my proceeds, I'm looking to cycle that through a few times to keep my momentum moving forward before I try to cash out, in a sense. I am not self-sustaining yet as a business, which has been an issue for other reviewers, but I am getting much closer to that point. It seems pretty legitimate and I don't have any complaints yet. I will meet with my "Business Advisor" on Monday to see if I can get further insight about how to proceed, but if I find anything unusual, I will update here once I get out of that meeting. It's definitely not a "Get rich quick" type of thing, because you do need to have money available to sustain the growth of the business, buy the product licenses so that you can sell them to the customer, etc. I found that adding credits for auto-approval was monumental, but I am still waiting for the 72-hour hold to expire before reinvesting my profits.
If you don't have the cash to fulfill orders, I wouldn't advise you to begin this business, because costs can add up quickly. I put about $300 into this last week when I got paid, and that's when I began to see things take off. After the first few days, I had $40-60 in orders, but I couldn't afford to pay for the licensing fees, so I began to lose orders because it happened before the 72-hour window when the funds clear. It might be helpful to place the lowest-cost items for the owner on the site first in order to begin making the business self-sustaining, but I just selected the 50 most popular with my signup package. Hindsight is 20-20, as they say. But that's my only complaint with the way that my store, I wasn't thinking it through in the right way when I started.

It's a good concept a good way to make money if it's real that's the only thing that's the only reason I give a four stars

I recently joined Sellvia and I’m currently using it on a trial basis. Although I’ve only been using the platform for about a day, I’ve already received a lot of help and support from the Sellvia team. They have been very helpful and responsive whenever I needed assistance.
I was also happy to see that my store generated **9 orders in a single day**, which gave me a lot of confidence and motivation to continue.
Since I’m still new to Sellvia, one suggestion I would like to make is to provide **more clarity about which features and services are included for free and which ones require additional payment**. Clear information about this would make it much easier for new users to understand the platform and plan their business.
So far, I’m having a positive experience and I appreciate the support from the Sellvia team. I’m looking forward to exploring more of the platform and seeing how it works for my business.

The growth manager was very helpful. Q&A section has a lot of information and lots of learning videos to help you succeed in this business. the only thing is the fees if you decide to use autopilot. It does save time and energy, it just takes products with higher profit margins to make a profit. The system is proven to work, great selections of digital products and ads promotion, services that generate views and traffic to the website. All very useful. the hardest part is to have enough cash flow to keep up woth the orders once it picks up!

Subject: Formal Review of Store Financials, Unexpected Policy Changes,
Dear Compliance Team,
This communication serves as a formal review regarding the compounding fee structures, unexpected policy modifications, and unsustainable financial realities experienced on my store account.
### 1. Financial Reality & Compounding Deductions
Based on live dashboard data across recent operational cycles (combining last month's volume of $1,386.26 and this month's volume of $1,142.46), the store generated a combined gross volume of **$2,528.72**. However, the current fee stack prevents any real profit realization:
* **25% Risk Reserve Lock:** **-$632.19** is immediately frozen and withheld from accessibility for 125 days.
* **Advertising & Marketing Spend:** **-$395.00** paid directly into traffic generation.
* **Platform Transaction & Referral Fees (~20%):** **-$505.74** skimmed from customer orders.
* **Payout / Transfer Penalties:** **-$80.00** ($40 express minimum fee per monthly transfer).
After these deductions, the remaining liquid cash stands at **$915.79**. Crucially, out of this remaining balance, the underlying wholesale manufacturing, product fulfillment, and shipping costs for all 128 orders must still be settled. This leaves a net profit of zero or a negative deficit, requiring personal out-of-pocket capital injections just to sustain basic store operations.
### 2. Unannounced Policy Adjustments
These operational challenges are compounded by policy changes enacted after joining the platform, which were not part of the original agreement:
* **Increased Withdrawal Minimums:** Thresholds were raised from $100 to $200 for certain withdrawals, directly penalizing store owners who previously accessed funds at the $100 level and keeping more capital within the platform ecosystem.
* **Elevated Payout Fees:** Express withdrawal fees were increased to a **$40 minimum**, further reducing returns.
* **Capital Retention:** The combination of the 125-day rolling reserve lock and higher withdrawal minimums forces store owners to inject personal funds to pay for customer product fulfillment, rather than utilizing store revenue.
Please review these systemic policy impacts and financial constraints. I look forward to your prompt response regarding potential adjustments to these terms.

I started with Sellvia about 2 wks ago. Im still struggling with the understanding of running my business, but so far so good. I wish the commissions cleared a little quicker, so I could get my orders processed faster. Other then that the sights legit, and I've been making good commissions. I cant wait till I'm setup better in the company so i can make the sales with 2 to 4 thousand dollar commissions. Its a fast learning and fast growing platform, with lots if ways to get the information you need. They provide you with a business growth counsler who helps with growing your business. And a business Advisor who helps with any questions you may have. They answer and get back to you quickly. I just wish I would have had at least 5000 to start my business with just so I could keep my orders processed quicker. It is a good company to get started with and its fun. They do most of the work for you if you get in on the automation which is only 100 dollars one time payment. Good luck on your new business if you get started with Sellvia! Happy Client!

Subject: SCAM BAGS!!! Request for Refund – Misleading Service -
Dear Sellvia Support,
Why do I have to wait 30 days to schedule/speak to whoever the SCAM is. I’m requesting a full refund for my recent payment. Your business model is presented in a confusing and misleading way, making it difficult to understand what I’m actually paying for. What appears to be a straightforward service is instead structured in a way that feels deceptive — using unclear pricing, hidden steps, and complex navigation to push users into paying without proper transparency.
This lack of clarity feels intentionally designed to mislead, not inform. I did not receive the clear, honest information needed to make an informed decision, and I expect a refund as a result.
Please confirm when my refund will be processed.
Best regards,
Godfred

The subscription covered itself before I even remembered to log in and check - ngl, that was not the outcome I had mentally prepared for when I signed up skeptical and half-convinced I was wasting $39. What actually surprised me was getting a text from a Growth Manager on day one, a real person, which I assumed would be an automated message but turned out to be someone who actually walked me through the first steps while I was sitting in a coffee shop trying to figure it out alone. The one thing I will flag honestly is that the $100 withdrawal minimum means you are waiting longer than you might expect to see real money move, but once it cleared I stopped treating this like a side experiment.

I have to admit, out of all the different programs I have tried out, they all promised this an promised that, but never once did I have one that actually wanted to help an show me exactly what they bring to the table! They don't just tell you, they explain the process step by step,an if still don't understand they go out there way to make sure you do understand an that in itself is worth every penny!! I would definitely say they have a winning team an I don't even have the words to explain how happy an thrilled I am to have them to guide me!!

I made a review earlier when I first saw I had a sellvia account. I couldn't really say anything but now, I had and I'm still having an awful time with this company. Hidden charges everywhere, and unresponsive support and compliance teams. I wouldn't advise messing with sellvia.

The orders tab gets all the attention in every review I have read, but the analytics breakdown is the one screen I open every single morning without thinking about it - it is the reason I stopped guessing about what was working and started actually knowing, which for someone who used to track everything in a notebook is a bigger shift than I expected. The $39 a month felt like nothing once I could see profit margins landing in that 50 to 70 percent range right there in front of me, no spreadsheet required. Only real gripe is that the tool takes a beat to load that screen sometimes, which is a small thing but noticeable when you are moving fast.
