Good website, easy to navigate and search for what you need, good assortment of products

Most of the items came as described except one. The bra wire was distorted and that wasn't in the description. It wasn't worth sending back so I donated it instead.

This is not Amazon when you have trouble with sending nobody help you and you lost money . Order came one month later after one milion email to voltfiets so wach out. They not responding not pick up the phone

The package arrived pretty fast (4 working days from when i placed the order) and everything was as described in the ad :) would buy again!

1 of the items arrived broken. A glass candleholder that i really wanted to have.

They gave me my money back after i filed a claim and sent pictures, so that's good. If they had wrapped it properly it wouldn't be broken. It was wrapped in thick paper and that is not enough.

The shopping experience on the site is a bit chaotic. The constant e-mail messages and a lot of items being held in baskets for weeks.

My watch did not come with a charger. Therefore I was not able to use it. And the cost of returning the watch would be nearly the same price as I paid for it. So I am not very happy.

Good price-quality

The website is fine. The delivery was fast. The product is as expected. But unfortunately the description did not mention that you cannot change the language. This is a big disadvantage because we do not speak Danish. We only speak English, Dutch and Hungarian. This makes this game unusable for us.

Very good condition, no scratches, but glasses and frame were crooked, legs and hinges were forced loose. Somebody had sat on them??? Had to bring it to a specialist to bend it into shape and tighten the hinges.

Very disappointing experience as a seller. I would not recommend Sellpy.

I sent 3 bags with 60+ items, many of them good quality and branded. After almost two months, only 9 items sold.

What I wish I had understood before using Sellpy is how little control you have once your items are with them. Sellpy automatically keeps reducing the prices, including to levels I would never have agreed to sell some items for. If you want to stop the automatic price reductions, you have to pay extra.

On top of that, there is a fee per listed item and Sellpy takes a significant commission from anything that does sell. In my case, after sending 60+ items and waiting almost two months, the actual return was hardly worth anything.

I eventually decided to stop and request my remaining items back. And here comes another surprise: you have to pay again to get your own unsold items returned, plus shipping. Between sending the bags, fees and now getting my belongings back, I have spent close to €100 on this experience.

Of course I understood Sellpy would charge commission for providing a service. What I did not expect was a system where prices are continuously pushed down automatically, you pay to prevent that, and then pay again if you decide you no longer want to participate.

If you’re considering Sellpy because it sounds like an easy alternative to selling items yourself, I strongly recommend reading the complete pricing, automatic price-reduction and return conditions first. For me, the convenience was absolutely not worth the cost or the lack of control.

Delivery was fast. The clothes are very nice and exactly as described on the website. Very happy.

To be honest, for my first time buying from sellpy I was extremely happy. The order came in time and everything was exactly like listed. Saw some people complaining that the clothes came with weird smell or problems that weren't listed on the app, but I've had none of those.

Absolutely awful
Got a dress, size Small, more like a 6.
Shoes stated size 36 were 35.
Samsung 5 watch which was a Samsung Active.
Sent all three back nearly a month ago.
I got €3.01 refund. Should have been close to €70...before postage return.
Now I get a mail stating they want to deduct return post payment from my refund...
Not if I can help it!!!!
BE AWARE....THEY WILL DO ANYTHING NOT TO REFUND YOUR MONEY....
AVOID THIS COMPANY
I have been emailing them and been told...please refrain from repeat emails. This is going on nearly a month now....imagine €3.01 instead of €71.
Unless you want to be mugged off don't buy frim them.
I will email their consumer affairs see what their laws are....because it can't be right
