Fantastic choice for offsite property…

Fantastic choice for offsite property owners in need of "Energieausweis" and other German real estate specific services. Instant turnaround and great communication. Of particular note is the complete cooperation I experienced when the admin of our HOA issued an Energieausweis on his own. Mr. Dittmar allowed me to modify our agreement foregoing any and all charges for that particular service. I could not envision an easier to business with or more competent local agent. Thanks bunches.
