Nous vous remercions pour votre retour, suite à ce raté de notre part, au sujet du code JANVIER40, que nous avons proposé hier aux utilisateurs d’Edenred.
Comme nous vous l’avions confié lors de nos échanges, une erreur de notre part s’est glissée dans notre annonce : nous avons accidentellement indiqué une remise de 40€ au lieu de 40%.
Dès que nous avons réalisé notre erreur, vous avez été prévenu par mail et la commande a été annulée afin de ne pas vous prélever d’un montant qui n’était pas celui convenu.
Nous sommes une entreprise sincère et honnête dans notre démarche et nous avons commis aujourd’hui une importante erreur pour laquelle nous sommes à nouveau désolés, sincèrement.
La réduction de 40 % est toutefois toujours disponible si vous souhaitez en profiter, directement sur votre compte.
Nous vous renouvelons nos excuses pour ce souci et vous souhaitons une très belle journée.

Incompetent delivery
Bought 10 meals to eat lunch and dinner at work.
Paid 3,90€ to be delivered between 11am and 1pm on Monday.
No delivery, no communication.
After reaching out to their customer support, they told that it would be delivered the day after.
Tuesday -> No delivery, no communication.
They are now telling me that it'll be delivered on Wednesday.
What a joke.
I have wasted enough time waiting.
No one is here to take the delivery on Wednesday, I immediately cancel my subscription and ask for a refund.

Horrible taste is like a mix of leftovers.
Hi, I have thrown three to meals the garbage, They all suck and made me sick. I prefer Picard. There is anyway to claim in order to get back at least some of my money back? Really I tried them all for two weeks. I spend all my money of the month on Seazon and there were all horribles dishes. Sorry don't mean to be rude, but I prefer Picard, is good taste and is also frozen pre-cooked meals.
