Smells lovely and is easy to use. Im still undecided as to whether its helping my nails but it’ll take a while for them to grow enough that the peeling/cracking areas are grown out.

Fantastic customer service. I had 1 packet arrive dented. I received an immediate response and a replacement send out straight away. So nice to have my issue dealt with efficiently and swiftly.

Terrible experience. Beware this company (read the reviews and you’ll see I’m not the first to say this) Thought I’d try it on offer but hadn’t even had time to try it when I got an email saying another order had been issued at full price as part of my subscription. I was not even aware of a subscription. Wherever it was that said it would be a subscription was not at all clear. This was outside of what I can afford and I never would have signed up to pay that. I contacted the company immediately and to their credit they showed me immediately how to cancel. They said they would refer me to someone about a refund but despite me telling them no one had got in touch with me , I haven’t heard anything about a refund. I feel as if I have been robbed and very upset about the way this company operates

I'm very happy with the product and the service. There was some confusion at my local post office with delivery. The response from Sassy Saints was fast and very helpful.

Some pretty awesome customer service at this company

Recurring subscription added without my realizing or in fine print with many pages to read. Then trying to cancel was a nightmare.

Didn't realize I was enrolled in a monthly subscription. Very hard to cancel. Really had to search around, with various pop ups trying to get you to stay before I could get to the cancel subscription button. Not difficult to apply, but didn't last more than 1-2 days before lifting by the cuticle and snagging in long hair. Maybe good for a special occasion 1-2 days. Disapppointed.

This product was shipped in excellent condition very quickly.

I did not sign up for a subscription. I ordered as a one off on an offer. I got a notification last week that a charge had been made to me for another order, Only when I got this notification, I rechecked my original receipt, did I see a subscription box ticked. I never ticked any box on my original order. I immediately emailed Sassy Saints and they replied quickly telling me that it was too late to cancel my order as it had been despatched.

I have subsequently emailed customer service again 3 TIMES, asking for proof that I subscribed with my original order. ** I have not had any replies **. I usually buy from Glamrdip also in Australia and their customer service is outstanding. Sassy Saints need a lesson from them in customer service and not ripping people off. I wish I’d never ordered from them…

I contacted Sassy Saints regarding an issue I was having with one of their products, and Deanna was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, friendly and quick to resolve the issue.

Great quality products

After much to-ing and fro-ing my issues were resolved to a satisfactory standard.
Caution needed around it being a subscription and therefore monthly payments.
Product is pretty.

This company is trustworthy, I ordered from them and the product is very good.
I just got too many so they assisted me in opting out of my subscription, for now.
