I don’t usually write reviews, I read them. But for this company I need to say something.
I ordered in February FFP2 masks, from my favorite brand that wasn’t available on galaxus anymore. I went here to check the reviews before going ahead because it was the only firm selling them.
Instead of paying right away I chose the invoice option. Good thing I did.
I received the goods today (may 2026). After a few emails saying that I wanted my parcel, and the lady said that she didn’t have a delivery date yet.
Any way, as I “didn’t pay”, I didn’t really care about the time it would take to get here.
Long story short : got the box today. And oh, surprise, the wrong masks were sent.
So I looked at the invoice and the article number was the same on the website and on the paper. I started doubting myself. Then I remembered I sent them an email with the confirmation of my order in February. And the article number didn’t match what I received today. Meaning they changed my order and are still making me pay.
I sent them an email saying it was unacceptable and that they had to send me a return sticker because I wasn’t paying for any or this, nor keeping them. I’m waiting for a reply. I don’t know if I can come back here and update my comment once I’ll have news.. we’ll see.
But guys, don’t buy from them. It’s BAD..!!

On February 10, 2026, I ordered the "Togu Fazio Tuning Ball Set" from Sanität24 AG and paid the amount of CHF 61.50 directly by credit card.
Today, April 14, 2026, no delivery has arrived, and several phone inquiries about the delivery were repeatedly met with excuses
(if the call was even answered at all) that the delivery would arrive next week.
It seems that the company is trying to deceive customers to make money and never deliver anything.
I can't shake the feeling that a fraudulent website has been set up here, and in the field of health supplies no less a truly brazen scheme.
Stay away from this company, you will simply be scammed.

I ordered 1x 10 liters of 99% IPA in July 2025. Somehow the order switched to 70% IPA, which is useless for me. When I noticed it, I already got the product by post (just in a box, no protection at all) and was surprised.
So I've contacted them the same day by e-mail to send it back (normally I can have up to 5 days after getting the order according to their rules). I was successfully ignored!
So I sent it under 5 days on the last day with an e-mail explaining the situation to them AGAIN and a few days after I got an answer that it was my mistake, they don't have the 10 L variant (I checked after and it wasn't there anymore, so I started to doubt if I made a mistake, but I checked when I made the order several times). And also made another order of 2x 5 L 99% IPA this time for sure and got it a few days later.
Fine, I take it on myself in a doubt, so I was ready to pay for another delivery. They refused the return (didn't send back though) and said that I need to make another order and still pay for this one (which I did) and there is no way to just exchange the old order for the new one and I had to pay for both (no return of the first one though, funny).
This lasted for months with 3/4 of a few dozens of e-mails just ignored! Refused to answer the phone after a couple of calls.
Even overpaid them for being "late" on payments. And they still refused to exchange the products claiming that it's not exchangeable. I need to precise that it was UNOPENED and sent back with protection.
So in 2026 when my patience was finally over I left them a choice to refund me, send me the product or lawsuit. By magic I got those 2x 5 L IPA 99%, not the ones I ordered, but at least a cheaper variant (checked on other sites).
Conclusion: don't buy there if you don't want to be scammed or not ready for a lawsuit. Waste of time and money.

I've ordered a product in May 2025. I still have not received my product or any update of the delivery date.
I've contacted the customer service 4 weeks after I ordered it, because I was wondering why it does not arrive.
(As there was no comment on the website that my product is out of stock or anything).
I then received an email from the customer service that they have troubles with delivery and that it's unclear when they will be able to send me the product - since then nothing happened!!! No update from the customer service, no product send! I've ordered it 3 month ago and now it's mid August.
This is the worst customer experience I ever had with an online shop. Unreliable and a total lack of customer service.
I would never order at this online shop again!

Unprofessional order and communication set up. Goods marked as "on stock" are not delivered after three months - payment in advance, no customer update after contact attempts, reaction only after threat of a lawyer and legal action. They have several great gear in the window (a little bit too much) but are not able to deliver.

I ordered 1st April and almost 3 months later I still did not receive it. My order was for an amount of almost 500.- CHF but I have no answer via e-mail nor by phone. I am now contacting my lawyer to cancel the order.

The private events are well-organized and exclusive. A must-join for anyone passionate about high-end fashion.

Made an order of on 11.05.2023 and to date (17.07.2023), 2 months later I'm still outstanding items from my order. When asking customer service about an expected delivery date, they're just saying they don't know, but they are doing everything they can to perform the delivery as soon as possible. Unbelievable that businesses like this can still exist. When you order an item, you know when it should be produced and you know the logistics lead-times. I understand they can't deliver immediately, but they should be able to provide more transparency. When purchasing, they should also highlight delivery lead times. Having to wait months for an order is unacceptable.

Good price and very fast delivery, with modest delivery costs. I would recommend this retailer.

Can't recommend this place. Not customer oriented at all. Getting money back from a cancelled order was an enormous drag and a huge waste of time. The delivery times stated on their website do not come close to the actual waiting time. Corona as excuse, but come on: 1.5 months for latex gloves?

Ordered 29th February 2020. Goods "in stock". Items paid for in advance.
After email part order received 19th March.
2 items outstanding on order.
2 emails sent in the last month requesting either items, a substitute or a refund for the undelivered items. NO RESPONSE!
I understand that these are difficult times but this is not the way to do business.
