Sazmining strives to provide the greatest customer service possible. It’s extremely disappointing to us that we failed to do so with CT.
Our response this review is not timely since we had hopes we could still resolve the matter. After the review was posted, it took more than 2 weeks of scheduling challenges to arrange a call as a last attempt to find resolution.
Here are the event that that occurred from Sazmining’s perspective:
1. On April 22nd, 2022, CT joined our Waitlist by placing a reservation for five mining rigs, costing $500.
CT had also placed a separate reservation for one mining rig, costing $100
2. Our Terms of Service state: The Waitlist Fee is fully refundable (less any transaction costs associated with issuing the refund) if you opt out of purchasing a mining rig at any point up to the time the mining rig first becomes available to purchase (“Mining Rig Purchase Date”).
3. On October 11th, CT requested a refund for the single mining rig, which was granted and refunded to CT.
4. Between November 21st, 2022 and January 31st, 2023 we sent 14 emails to both email address CT provided us – we did not have CT’s phone number.
5. On March 14th, 2022, CT requested a refund for the remaining five mining rigs that had been reserved.
6. As a compromise, on March 14th, Sazmining offered to apply the $500 in reservation fees to a single mining rig and offered to set up a call to work out a solution.
7. On March 16th, CT demanded to be refunded the $500. Sazmining again offered to set up a call and stated that the refund would be in violation of its Terms of Service.
8. CT wrote the above TrustPilot review on March 16th.
9. On April 4th, CT and Sazmining had a 15 minute call and a resolution could not be reached.
If CT would like to utilize the $500 in reservation fees towards a purchase of a mining rig, we will continue to honor our compromise offer. However, we do not think this is likely since on the call, CT stated that he no longer believed that mining Bitcoin could be done profitably.
Professional and transparent. Great experience. Love the team
I found the Sazmining team to be responsive, professional and transparent. The hardest thing to find in this industry is a transparent, conservative team that isn’t trying to just get rich quick and over leveraging everything to grow quickly. With Sazmining they walked me through full status of their facilities, how ownership of the rig works, where I fully own the rig, and also the health of the company which is well positioned, not in debt, and will be here in the long term.

I love having access to Sazmining's unique business model. In particular, the concept of targeting the smaller investors is attractive. Any contact I have enjoyed with the staff has been honest, helpful and oriented towards great customer service. I would give more stars if I could.

Back to the future
I like the idea of owning the machines and generating passive income over time. I got in line early and my one and only question was answered promptly. Sazmining has done a good job of keeping me informed as the purchase date approaches. The firm seems very customer-oriented.
Update: So I now have my machines up and running and the mined BTC is hitting my wallet every day. The start-up was seamless. I am so glad I got the machines when I did.
