Extremely Disappointing Experience
My experience with SocialRealtr has been terrible.
I was charged after the trial without knowingly authorizing the charge, and when I tried to cancel, the platform did not provide a reasonable way for me to do so. Then, after being charged, my account was randomly disabled, leaving me unable to even access the service I had paid for.
The entire experience has been frustrating:
Unexpected charge
No straightforward way to cancel
Account access shut off after being charged
Poor overall customer experience
I signed up because I was looking for a service that could make our real estate marketing easier. Instead, it created more problems and wasted time.
Since I cannot reply to your reply to my review here is my update:
Your response leaves out two important facts.
First, I did not directly provide SocialRealtr with my credit card information, which made the charge especially concerning.
Second, after I posted this review, I received an email offering to refund half of the charge if I removed my review. I will not accept money in exchange for deleting an honest account of my experience.
I would rather lose the money than participate in a process that suppresses legitimate customer feedback. My review will remain so other consumers can make an informed decision.

Regarding the charge: Our records show that you enrolled with Social Realtr during the GloverU UNREAL Retreat in June 2026 and provided your information to our Sales Team during signup. The subscription included a 30-day trial and was set to automatically renew unless canceled before the trial ended. We did not receive a cancellation request before the renewal was processed, so the payment was processed using the payment information associated with your enrollment.
Regarding the 50% refund offer: We extended this as a goodwill gesture in an effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. We understand that you chose not to accept the offer, and we respect your decision.
We stand by our records and the terms agreed to during enrollment, while also respecting your right to share your experience. We’re sorry the situation left you frustrated and appreciate your feedback.

Social Realtor is awesome! As a Realtor, this platform is soooo helpful for my business, it saves me so much time, helps keep me present on ALL of my social media accounts with almost no effort from me. Zero transparency and completely unauthorized charges.
I never signed up for an account with Social Realtr, yet I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card statement. I never received a quote, an invoice, or even a payment confirmation receipt after the charge went through.
To make matters worse, I actually had to CREATE an account just to access their system and start a cancellation process. That alone proves I had never set up or used their services. When I reached out for a refund, they hid behind "Terms of Service" that I never saw or agreed to in the first place.
Refusing to refund money for an account that didn't exist until I was forced to create one to stop charges is unacceptable business. Save yourself the headache and monitor your statements closely.

Our records show that your account was created during the Real Estate conference, where you enrolled in our 30-day free trial. The trial began at that time, and we sent multiple emails inviting you to complete your business profile, along with account updates and notifications regarding the content our team was preparing for you. We did not receive any response or cancellation request before the trial ended.
Your statement that you "never signed up" is inconsistent with our records. After the renewal, you contacted the same sales representative who assisted with your enrollment regarding your Social Realtr account. We also have records showing that you requested a password reset to regain access to your existing account. A password reset can only be performed on an account that has already been created—it does not create a new account.
Because we did not receive a cancellation request during the trial period, your subscription renewed automatically in accordance with the Terms of Service accepted during enrollment. While we understand you may not have intended to continue the service, the renewal was not an unauthorized charge.
We stand behind our records and remain happy to provide the complete account history, email communications, and activity logs as part of any formal review. We value transparency and are committed to resolving concerns based on documented facts.

So many Platforms so little time!
I had signed up for this service over a year ago and have referred clients and friends as well. All without going through this quick 30 minute training.
Apple was amazing and very patient. What this platform does saves me so much time and stress.
How many nights or days end do you realize things on your list that you "Should have gotten to". How many times is it social posting? I swear it was taking years off of my life. Lol.
It is also extremely affordable and saved me from having to hire in house to dial in what I want.
