Purchased 4 20 litre tubs of Roof Tile paint for my house, 3 arrived on different days, 1 was missing, courier lied about delivery, turned out they damaged same and disposed of it without telling me or SmartSeal,contacted SmartSeal and dealt with the most courteous helpful man called Rob,he replaced missing tub of paint out of his own pocket without quibble, I'm in the process of applying the Paint, looks fantastic, too early to say about durability, but what an excellent company to deal with, wouldn't hesitate to use again and highly recommend to anyone looking to buy their products.

Very quick delivery, no fuss just straight forward

Very easy to order and quick postage and the product is excellent and has made my father in laws block paving look new.

I purchased 10 l of the product to clean sandstone. Although the sandstone looks brighter/better/cleaner, however despite vigorous brushing and rewetting when applied it has not removed the blackspot lichen. Two other issues; (i) I received and used the product during the hot weather. I do not think there were enough warnings to avoid using in warm weather as the chemical is more volatile/less effective. (ii) my sandstone paving is composed of small pieces so given the large amount of gaps/joints, more product is needed compared to larger 'slabs'.
I am not sure whether I will repurchase in the Autumn to give a second treatment as it is not clear that the black lichen will be removed.

There are were easy to deal with hassle free . My package was a few days late but when I rang them they couldn't be nicer they were busy, I had it 2 days later and a great product.

3 weeks waiting for my order. A fecking joke

E-mail received upon purchase to say product had been dispatched- it had not. On a positive note i did receive an adequate explanation as to why this had occurred. I would use smartseal again.

I I ordered roof paint from smart seal recently. There was a delay in the time it took to have this paint delivered - this delay was more than normal as a week or 2 previously I had an order delivered in 3 days - a manager contacted me and was very understanding and appreciated that it shouldn’t have taken so long. He has put measures in place to keep the customer more up to date.,This is good customer service. The quality of the product is what’s paramount and has always been great. I’m dropping 1 star for the delay
