AJ, took care of everything and it was a great experience. Only wish he had the option to get it sooner but, it takes time to ship out. Either way I appreciate the customer service!!!

I had a previous issue that was not yet resolved. I spoke with AJ and explained what had not been fully resolved, she listened and got the full understanding of the situation. After that she worked to quickly resolve my issue in a courteous professional manner. I have been a customer with NuAqua since 2021. Customer service like AJ provided is why I am still a loyal customer. 😁

7 stage filter has worked well for two years. When a filter housing broke they sent me a new one.

Elijah was very helpful and kind. He resolved my concern during the call. What more can you ask? Elijah was great, 1st call resolution with no need to call back. Because I am on their filter program, the filter is being shipped for free. Excellent company because of employees like Elijah.

I was surprised to have someone answer the phone; he was determined to find the right part for my HE brine tank.

I needed an under sink system as i have well water.
I went to the site and chatted with Jennifer, a real person, not a bot, on a Saturday! Now that is service.
Jennifer talked with me for a good 15 minutes. She was not in a hurry, or impatient. She answered every single question i had. She was honest i know, as i did not have to buy a more expensive system. I will update this review after it is installed and used for awhile.
But if you have questions, talk to Jennifier if you can, she is awesome!

I talked to Mr.Kim and after getting all the information, he politely gave the assurance that my part will be sent as soon as possible. He immediately processed for shipment of the part. My sincere appreciation in solving my case.

We installed a 6 stage system under our sink in our previous house and we loved it! We would fill jugs and bring them with us anywhere we traveled. The water tastes THAT much better - and is so affordable! We never had an issue in the 4 years we had it. I love that they include the meter- our water always had fewer than 10 ppm. We recently moved across the country - military move - and were so sad the buyers wanted our system, so we recently purchased our second system. We had questions for their team before we purchased and they were so friendly and helpful. We are Nu Aqua converts for life!
