I was charged 250 DKK for an unclaimed package that I was unable to pick up in time due to being away on summer holiday.
Worth noticing, that I ordered in a good time (17/06) before the holiday, and it took them around 10 days to send my order, I left for holidays on 28/06 and didn't receive the package yet.

250 DKK charge for returning is unreasonably high.

I was actually willing to place a new order for the same products, but after being charged this amount for the return, I have decided that I will not be shopping on your website again.

Nutri.se has a wide selection of supplements, some of which can't be found elsewhere in Sweden.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Nutri.se.

I ordered “MaryRuth’s Liquid Morning Multivitamin Broad Spectrum – Raspberry”, but received “MaryRuth’s Essentials+ – Fruit Punch”, which is a different product with a different formulation.

The mistake itself wouldn’t have bothered me nearly as much as the way customer service handled it. Instead of investigating, they repeatedly insisted that I was wrong and that the two products were exactly the same…

What made the situation almost embarrassing was that the information they sent me from their own system actually supported what I was saying… repeatedly!!!
Yet I was still being told I was mistaken.

After going back and forth over something that should have been very simple to resolve, I genuinely felt dismissed rather than helped…. More than 2 weeks now they are ignoring me…

As someone who is not Swedish, the experience even left me wondering whether I was being treated differently because of that, or whether this simply reflects poor customer-service training. I cannot know which, but no customer should be made to feel this way.

Receiving the wrong item is an understandable mistake. Refusing to listen to the customer and failing to correct it is not.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off ordering from Nutri.se again…

I created an account on the store's website. The first shipment arrived in Denmark within a few days. The next shipment was returned to sender after two weeks. I NEVER received a message that the shipment was ready for collection. What's more, the tracking information for the shipment shows that it arrived at the pickup point on March 2nd. On March 2nd, I received an email that the shipment was delayed, so there's an inconsistency there. I was at the pickup point on March 4th and didn't receive any shipment.Furthermore, the tracking information says the shipment is being returned because the postal code is incorrect. I was charged over 200 SEK in shipping costs... It's not my fault the company failed...

Extremely disappointed! Received damaged product. After multiple emails and phone call attempts to support and admin, not one response was made to rectify the issue and help with a replacement. Never buying through these guys again. Terrible support.

The delivery was surprisingly fast, so I was able to start taking the supplement right away.
