Very disappointing experience. I am writing to warn that they are selling products they dont have. I have purchased a perfume and although confirmed on availability before purchasing they kept me waiting for a week and after I approached them clarifying on why my order is bot dispatched they sent me a message that they dont have the supply to send it. Even when requested a refund they still did not respond. Be careful and be safe by purchasing your perfumes from a legit retailers not this one for sure.

Niche Gallerie went out of their way to get me the perfume I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. That means a lot to me when companies take the initiative and understand customers issues. I definitely will be buying many more products from Niche Gallerie. Well done to the team.

Was nervous at first because of shipping to South Africa (most discounters don't ship to SA), but they delivered in record time. Flawless purchasing experience and delivery.

Ordered from them on the 28th never got the order til today supposed to be delivered in 48 hrs since i live in dubai asking them everyday to cancel my order and refund they dont reply or they reply once in a blue moon been waiting for 2 days now to get refunded and they keep delaying, or not answering my msgs

Great trusted site! I had no idea that items are shipped from Dubai in the UAE. I only realised this after I placed my order. Because of the current war over the Hormuz strait, I panicked and worried items would not arrive. I also thought that ill be charged extra taxes when arriving in the UK- especially brcause the prices of the perfumes were more affordable. However, all my items were easily tracked and arrived on time and faster than expected. I was not charged extra taxes so all my perfumes (i purchase 5 niche) were a bargain! This site has a great selection and always seems to have sales and big discounts. This is my new favourite site to purchase perfumes. Well done guys!!

Got my second bottle from @niche__gallery and I’m really impressed with the quality. I’m glad I got my Amouage Lustre from them—it smells amazing. Ordering from is easy. Following up and customer service is good and very helpful. I had a mistake with my order and order the same product twice the return and replace was so quick and easy they are very responsible and not to mention prices are good. I highly recomment their store if you are looking for authentic niche and designer fragrances.

The shipping was fast and convenient, but what really impressed me was the fast & efficient chat service. All my queries were responded to promptly.

I ordered two perfumes and had a great experience overall. Customer service was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. My experience is that the products are authentic, but very old batches. Terrible customer service, and many complaints of incorrect online ordering. Buy in store and check batch codes, or avoid altogether

Honestly, I highly recommend this website. The prices are very attractive, the service is professional, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I am from France, and despite the distance, the delivery was perfect and fast. They are based in Dubai and everything went very smoothly.

Great price . Arrived about 10 days after purchase . The perfume packaging looked authentic but my bottles batch code is rubbed off . Smells beautiful though and the code goes to amouage page so it’s authentic
