Natio Spice of Life issue

I purchased some Natio Spice of Life showergel having purchased in the past and been happy with it.

On first opening it poured out like water. I thought it maybe needing a shake (never has before) so gave that a try. No joy, i tried putting up with it but by the third shower it appeared it was half empty due to the way it pours out.

I contacted Natio to explain the issue and was told it wasnt there issue and to speak to the business i purchased from. I explained i have recently moved home and no longer live near the chemist i purchased from.

They said they are a wholesaler so its not their problem. I said i didnt think this was good enough so they asked for proof of purchase which I couldnt give as i dont keep
Receipts for every single small item i purchase so they wanted all the codes off the container.

After receiving this they said the product has a shelf life of “around” (incredibly scientific) 3 years and it had been sold wholesale prior to this so that is “probably” the issue.

I asked if this was normal
For their product to go off which she declined to answer.

I explained i was disappointed in their reply and they said they could give a voucher as a goodwill gesture but i would have to pay for my own delivery (more than the item) or I could up my order to $59 for free delivery.

I asked if she purchased a sub standard product would she pay delivery for another product which may again be substandard which again she declined to answer. I asked if a lose lose for their consumers was normal and again she declined to answer.

They now have stopped answering my emails so I dont know where to go now.
