Excellent selection of modern shoes for a business women!! Prices are incredible! Customer service, inside the shop near our hotel (Sina Bernini Bristol - Rome), was supreme. No high pressure sales. Allowed me time to try on several pairs of flats after a long day walking the beautiful city.
I bought several pairs of shoes that cannot be found in New York!!

Hi!
As we wrote on our email, unfortunately the missing shipment was not on our behalf. We shipped the shoes one day after the order was made, but unfotunately it got damaged by the courier and it was sent back to us.
Once we received the shoes and noticed that they were ruined we decided to proceed with the refund of both the shoes and the shipping costs.
We are very sorry for what happened.
