Honestly, working with NOVA Agency was a huge headache. I came in hoping to scale my Meta ads, but the ad accounts were super unstable and kept getting restricted out of nowhere.Whenever an issue popped up, getting a reply from their support team felt like pulling teeth. The whole setup was messy from day one. Instead of helping my e-commerce store grow, it just wasted my time and budget. If you're serious about running ads, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

It is unbelievable that a company like this is allowed to manage other people's money. As you can clearly see on their website, they do not even state where they are based or under which official company name they operate. I have been waiting for weeks now for a refund that was supposedly sent back to my bank account. Instead of providing proof or a solution, they keep blaming their bank. This level of transparency and customer service is simply unacceptable.

I’ve been working with this company for about two years now, with a short break in between, and my experience has been disappointing. Despite claiming to improve their processes, the same issues keep occurring. Employees often feel like just another number rather than valued individuals. When problems arise, resolutions are usually slow and require repeated follow-ups. Overall, I would not consider this one of the better agencies and would be hesitant to recommend it.

Nova was always good previously, but lately they've been lacking a lot.
