I am a long time notino customer ,and this time I got a damaged package on the arrival day, the notino gift wrapping was damaged also,and one of the probes was empty (sauvage elixir probe),i am a bit disappointed.

They sell fake products. And the return is not free, you have to pay yourself to return their fakes…..

I was customer for many years, I always paid extra service in case of damage or lost items until once it happened to me. 1 item was damaged and 1 was missing. The results after my email to them? A 5€ voucher for my next purchase..
I will never ever buy from them again.

I'm buying there very often and amounts over 100 euros. I've got not one tester! I find it shameful.

I make order 18.06 today we have 01.07 i don't have my order i don't have answer from email last time i buy something by this company ! You buy you pay and later they don't care about client!

The Parfum is leaking out of the bottle even though kept in a cool place unacceptable

The speed of ordering and prices are good - delivery could be just a tad quicker though. That said, I order from them fairly regularly and am glad there's something better than Amazon re. cost and service :)

It is always faster than expected. The product is well packed. The website works wonderfully well! Even if they don’t have an item available, you can click to be informed when it is, which takes a day to the stock to be refilled.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store was very disappointing. I ordered a perfume worth around €100. After a few days, both the Notino website and the DPD tracking page showed that the package had been delivered, even though I had not received anything.

I contacted DPD, and they advised me to get in touch with the store. I immediately sent an email to Notino, but they only replied about a week later. Their response was that the period for filing a claim had already expired. The only reason it had expired was because of the long time it took them to respond to my email.

As a result, nothing was done to resolve the issue, and I was left without the product and without my money. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of support in handling this situation.

I had a very disappointing experience with Notino, and unfortunately this has now happened to me twice.
I followed all the return instructions exactly as provided by customer service and sent the package back with DHL. However, the parcel was returned to my address instead of being delivered to them. Despite this being outside of my control, Notino refused to help and claimed I had missed their deadline for investigation.
What is most frustrating is the lack of customer support and understanding. I provided proof that I followed their instructions, but they still denied responsibility, which caused me to lose money on my last order.
I have never experienced these kinds of problems with other beauty retailers like Douglas or Sephora.
I would advise other buyers to be very careful when ordering from Notino, especially if you ever need to return an item or resolve a delivery issue. Based on my experience, customer support was unhelpful and the process felt unfair.

So bad experience , I didn’t receive my package and they didn’t refunded me so take care and never buy from them . I am so disappointed
