⚠️ Let goed op wanneer je een bestelling retourneert. Controleer altijd of alle bedragen daadwerkelijk zijn gecrediteerd.

Ik heb mijn volledige bestelling binnen de wettelijke bedenktijd geretourneerd. De kosten voor het terugsturen van het pakket heb ik zelf betaald.

Na verwerking van mijn retour bleef er echter nog €6,90 openstaan op mijn Klarna-factuur. Dit betrof de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten (€3,95) en de optionele Full Order Protection (€2,95).

Toen ik hierover contact opnam met de klantenservice, kreeg ik te horen dat deze bedragen volgens hun algemene voorwaarden verschuldigd bleven.

Daar was ik het niet mee eens. Algemene voorwaarden kunnen namelijk geen afbreuk doen aan dwingend consumentenrecht. Het consumentenrecht is van dwingend recht en bovendien spreken hun algemene voorwaarden het bedrijf tegen. Daarom heb ik de vordering formeel betwist via de Klarna-geschillenprocedure en Mystershirt gewezen op de toepasselijke consumentenwetgeving.

Kort daarna ontving ik bericht dat de terugbetaling alsnog was verwerkt en dat Klarna mijn openstaande saldo zou aanpassen.

Mijn advies aan andere consumenten is daarom om een openstaand bedrag na een volledige retour niet zomaar te accepteren. Controleer je factuur zorgvuldig, open indien nodig een geschil bij Klarna en laat je niet uitsluitend afwijzen met een verwijzing naar algemene voorwaarden. Als je twijfelt over je rechten, neem dan contact op met Klarna, ConsuWijzer of vraag juridisch advies.

Dit is mijn persoonlijke ervaring met deze bestelling en de afhandeling daarvan. Jammer dat een review als deze moet maar ik vind het een persoonlijke plicht om onwetende mensen te informeren.

I returned my entire order within the statutory cooling-off period and paid the return shipping costs myself.

After my return had been processed, Klarna still showed an outstanding balance of €6.90. This consisted of the original shipping costs (€3.95) and the optional Full Order Protection (€2.95).

When I contacted customer service, I was told that these charges remained payable under their terms and conditions.

I disagreed. Terms and conditions cannot override mandatory consumer protection law. I therefore formally disputed the charge through Klarna’s dispute procedure and informed Mystershirt of the applicable consumer legislation.

Shortly afterwards, I received confirmation that the refund had been processed and that Klarna would adjust the outstanding balance.

My advice to other consumers is simple: do not automatically accept outstanding charges after returning an order in full. Check your invoice carefully, open a dispute with Klarna if necessary, and do not assume that a reference to a company’s terms and conditions automatically makes those charges legally valid. If you are unsure about your rights, contact Klarna or seek independent legal advice.

This review reflects my personal experience with this order and how it was handled. It’s unfortunate that a review like this is necessary, but I believe it is my personal responsibility to inform other consumers who may not be aware of their legal rights.

Terrible, ordered since 6/14/2026, until 7/20/2026 still no order tracking and scanned package from 3pl. Very disappointed. Difficult to contact the admin to follow up the status and they will answer you just a hopeless wording like “I will proceed asap” and after one week there’s nothing change. Don’t you dare trust this website.

Lightning fast delivery, but unfortunately twice Arabian League (jersey and shorts), the same jersey my friend got last week. Still great fun, good quality and price!

I was expecting better... I received a shirt from Belgium League and one from Dutch league. Nothing from 5 top leagues or national team. I am not sure if I will consider for a second try. The quality of the shirts and package was very good.
