Burnt inside of my mouth. My gums and tongue too. Used it a second time and still did the same so stopped using it. Hot drinks or cold didnt help the pain and food too although I wasn't about to eat curry im talking general food and drinks aggravated the pain.

After reading some of the reviews I was reasonably optimistic, however after 3 weeks of following the guidelines I can say there is no difference. Very disappointed in this product and would suggest looking at alternatives before purchasing.

Absolutely will never order from here…
Absolutely will never order from here again. Ordered a product on 5th October and it got sent out for delivery, there was no attempt of delivery at all (cameras all-round property). Got an email to say attempted and returned to the supplier. Contacted them and they apologised and said we will send another out today. That was the 6th October. I received no emails with tracking or confirmation and no contact from then on. Today 18th October I still have no order. Contacted them again and they told me it was sent out on the 15th and returned to them. No explanation why! They just say support will contact you in 1-2 working days. So I can't get a refund and im still without the product. Poor poor service.

Your replacement was delivered by DPD at 15:16 on Saturday 10 October, with proof of delivery held by DPD. You then contacted us to say you had not received it, and we refunded you.
