Make it more simple to use

I would completely stay away from anything they have to offer. Do not order game day gear. I ordered 2 items, always get large . They were both huge on me. Needed a small, but they refused to exchange. I offered to pay postage but was shut down. They told me to give it to a friend or have it tailored. They offered a 5% discount to place a new order with new sizes. Really. Wow what a scam. Don’t make the sane mistake I did. Shop with a reliable company and that’s definitely not this one.

This company is a complete scam! They are advertising quality embroidery garments, and delivering complete trash. I made the mistake of placing a very large order for Christmas gifts. Nothing in the order is acceptable. The garments are unwearable. They are of such poor quality. It would be embarrassing to even put them on besides the fact that half the garments had what they call minor defects, rips, tears, poor craftsmanship; cheaper replicas pressed on poorly & the liability of any return falls back on the customer.

BEWARE AND DO not ORDER from them! I ordered two shirts. Their site says if you need to return contact them via email. 📧 They made me take a picture and measure several areas on the shirt and then came back with these were the right measurements. We will not be giving you a refund. Now I have two T-shirts I can’t wear. ($55) Based out of the US THAT SHOULD TELL YOU NOT TO BUY although you don’t know that at the time of purchase.

I signed up because my grandson plays soccer and basketball,signed up,the app wouldn't open,sent email about it, nobody got back to me at all

I have wasted hours trying to read up on and fix an issue with membership - member showing in the website login but not the App. Nothing has fixed the problem and I am no further forward due to not being able to speak with someone or even online chat with support to help me through. You are completely on your own if you can not find it in the FAQ. Frustratingly clunky and unclear. Unfortunately, it is difficult when it is not your choice to use this App. Game Day is a big Fail in my books.

Victoir Sadi is a soccer player who played for Albury City RW and LW, CAM. His first season was in 2022, where he scored 9 goals. In his second season, he scored 20 goals, and in his third season, he scored 27 goals. In 2024, his team won the U16 Cup and he scored 29 goals. He also made his senior debut in 2025, he scoring one goal.

Terrible app tickets purchased with existing email account don’t appear. Used for club membership of child too so probably some glitch of two accounts with one email as child doesn’t have email or ability to pay membership fees. If this app was “How to make buy tickets to a game more awkward” it would be 5 stars dreadful
