The terminals are reliable, fast, and very easy to use. Both the hardware and software are well designed, making day-to-day payments simple and efficient.

What really sets Zeller apart is their customer support. Whenever I've needed assistance, I've been able to speak with knowledgeable, friendly people who genuinely wanted to help. Every issue has been handled professionally and promptly.

Very easy to use and info is easy to get off google
Machine is fast and reliable which customers that are in a hurry love, great with cards on the phone but physical cards tend to take a bit longer to read their chip (only downside) otherwise great

The system is very reliable and the back-up support is excellent

Zeller closed the ability for my customers to pay. It was a huge disruption and impacted me financially. I was very dissatisfied.

I took on Zeller due the discounted rate at the time (better than the local banks could offer), I was handed the latest printing eftpos machine, which has the built-in beginnings of POS, and found it very simple to use and integrate with Xero and the bank. Most payments happen overnight except the friday ones, which come in on the Tuesday. unlike other brands that are 3 day minimum wait. The customer service has been good, and I like the simplicity of the machine and the reporting side from the Zeller app and from the web app.

Rates are competitive, but the software has a lot of glitches with our POS system.
Plenty of dropout espically in the mornings

Overall, it's a good POS system with plenty of useful features. However, there are a few frustrating issues that need attention.
The cash section in POS Lite does not calculate at all on the daily report. I've reported this several times, but it still hasn't been fixed.
In POS Lite, you can't organise or reorder the product categories, which makes the interface feel clunky and inefficient.
The battery life is poor and doesn't last as long as expected.

If these issues were addressed, it would be an excellent system. At the moment, I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars

Zeller came to us and demonstrated their services. They offered very competitive rates. Easy setup and straight forward device makes business easier. The support team and very knowledgeable and prompt with service.

Moved to Zeller from a bigger bank based eftpos merchant. The Zeller platform, and dashboard are easy to use and have funcations that we use everyday. Makes tracking payments and accouints seamless.

The online platform is easy to use.

However, the advertising of new services/products that keep popping up cannot be deleted not to appear again.
This is not helpful.

Couldn't be happier. We have now had Zeller for over 12 months. The transfer from our previous provider was effortless, the fees are reasonable, money is in our bank account the next day, and the staff at Zeller are very helpfull.

The absolute best from the terminal to invoicing to Interest at better bthan bank rates and one of the lowest charges for a small business can't fault it.
