Can I just say that the customer service I received from MVST was first class, they went above and beyond of what was required and gave service that is second to none. I urge everyone to buy from them, I promise the quality and service is that and more of so called more premium brands. These guys are leagues above them in service and quality. Amazing!!

I recently purchased a suitcase from MVST Select, and while the package unfortunately arrived damaged in transit, the way their support team handled the issue was absolutely top-notch.
Their customer service was remarkably fast, highly respectful, and showed genuine care for customer satisfaction. They took full accountability and provided an immediate, hassle-free resolution that went above and beyond my expectations.

Great overall service and extremely helpful.

I had an issue with a repair. They sent me a FEDEX return label. FedEx lost the package.... Would need surprised if they stole it. Once I realized this MVST investigated and they ended up sending mean new price of luggage. I had let them know that I was embarking on a 7 week trip and they ensured it was delivered in time. I am pleased 100% and they were great with communication and resolving issues that were out of their control. Will recommend to everyone

The suitcase itself is fantastic, from the wheels to the locks to the handle, everything about it just feels elevated. It’s a sturdy suitcase, but things happen. The warranty process was so easy and smooth. I just had to explain the issue and email a few photos, and they got an exact replacement sent out. It took a couple weeks, but they communicated throughout the whole thing and even followed up after it was delivered to make sure I was satisfied. Great product, even better customer support!

My luggage was damaged while on a trip. When I contacted the MVST Team they were able to locate my purchase four years ago, informed me that I had a five year warranty and they would send me the replacement parts at NO CHARGE. The customer service and communication from their support team was great!

I was worried my order would not arrive before my next business trip. Customer service replied quickly and made sure the order was shipped as soon as possible. It arrived a couple of days before it was due, so I'm very happy. Build quality of the luggage is insane.

The worst and most expensive suitcase I’ve ever owned! I paid $900 for the check in luggage (2-3 times the cost of other suitcases) and it is basically trashed and unusable after its first trip. It sustained really bad dents and scratches with each flight. The company says it’s just the airlines fault even though each leg of the flight it received a new terrible dent and no other suitcases have any damage even close to this. It’s also extremely heavy so you will have to pay overage fees at every check in, the handle is so hard to get up I had to use two hands to pull it up and the wheels are a bit cumbersome. Extremely unhappy with this purchase.

We have purchased 5 total cases and have been very happy overall. When we did have an issue with one of the cases, they had the best customer service and ensured that we were taken care of 100%. I could not recommend them more if you are interested in a high quality suitcase with awesome customer service!

It's rare now to really have a flawless customer service experience but MVST made that happen. I love my luggage and was really sad when it got damaged. With basically 1 interaction, I was able to get my issue fully resolved. No frustration, no unneccesary hoops to jump through. Just a company standing behind what they sell and taking care of customers. It's really appreciated.

The handle of my suitcase broke after I had to check my bag on a flight in Morocco. It also got dented pretty badly and caused the bottom to not close properly. The team analyzed photos of the damage and quickly came up with solutions and ultimately replaced my bag at no cost. I was blown away at the level of quick customer service and by the fact they replaced my bag. I was not expecting that level of service. I am super happy and will recommend MVST all day long.
