Not so bad...
I ordered FYTTER RIM10R on 7th Oct when the item status was "EN STOCK".
Then on 28th Oct, I receive it.
It wasn't early, but it wasn't late.
They should have "My order tracking"... as Amazon or Fitness Digital..etc..
It was a little inconvenient. I sent email sometime to confirm my order status.

Communication with consumer needs improvement
This company has not delivered the products I bought for 10,000 euro in May of this year 2020. It is now mid September. Promises are made frequently but never delivered on. Each time they suggest that products are finally in stock and will be delivered soon. Every time there is another excuse. Update in October 2020: Finally, the Products have been delivered after the intervention of a Senior management member. It appears the company has some supplier challenges but fails to openly communicate that to the consumer. I have to say that after the intervention of senior management, the issue was promptly and very carefully resolved. I’m happy that I finally got my products.
