Delivery service

I was told my sofas would be delivered Wednesday morning. I am still waiting at gone 21.30! I havent had anything comfortable to sit on for two days as I paid for the old sofa to be disposed of. Great for someone in their 70s!
I got an message at 00.34 with a different order number. Seems the sofas are still in the warehouse! No explanation! No apology!
Annoyingly, I cancelled a 6pm appointment which cant be rescheduled now until September!

Llegaron puntuales para la entrega y…hicieron marcas en una pared recien pintada

Llegaron puntuales para la entrega y fueron rápidos en el montaje pero hicieron algun daño en la pared de lahabitación recién pintada. Los montadores tienen que ser pulcros e ir con cuidado

I just bought from them a bed

I just bought from them a bed, wardrobe and a nightstand. I’m positively surprised with the quality for the price paid. As well as the professionalism of the delivery and mounting service. Very punctual and clean. They even took out all the boxes and leftover packages after they were done. Also the person responsible for answering their whatsapp is also very professional and helpful and also speaks English
