After sales service non-existent
They installed a charger for me six years ago. I was very happy with it, until it started to malfunction. I called them to come and fix it, but despite six attempts over a period of a month they still haven't come to have a look at it.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, we clearly fell short of the standards we set for ourselves, and we apologise.
We have now launched an internal investigation into what has happened, including why your previous requests for assistance were not followed up appropriately. Kirton based Mr Charger
Kirton based Mr Charger. Excellent advice given by Julian on which product was most suited and where best to place the charging point. All fitting completed 3 days later by their engineer. The charger was fitted without any issues, a very neat and tidy job, no exposed cables. Superb service in super quick time!

A good service at the outset
A good service at the outset. Installation went well but I was left with no paperwork. It took me 6 weeks of chasing to finally recieve the building control, service provider cert and Part P but I'm still outstanding the manufacturers paperwork I was promised. Poor follow up service.

The level of follow-up service you have described is not how we expect our contractors to operate, and we fully appreciate the frustration caused by having to repeatedly chase for documentation that should have been provided to you promptly following completion.
We take this matter seriously and have now launched an internal investigation into what has happened, including why the relevant certification and paperwork was not provided to you within the expected timeframe and why it took so long for the outstanding documents to be addressed.
We will also be reviewing the status of the remaining manufacturer’s paperwork to ensure this is resolved for you as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. While we’re pleased the installation itself went well, we recognise that the service does not end when the installation is completed, and the necessary documentation and aftercare should be handled to the same standard.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is being taken seriously and will form part of our review of the contractor’s performance and our processes going forward.

Thomas and Chris turned up on time as…
Thomas and Chris turned up on time as promised and immediately put me at ease. Their approach and professionalism were outstanding and such agreeable chaps. The install was done without any dramas and they both stayed after the job to sit with me as I spoke with Octopus Energy about transferring tariffs, they didn't need to do that but they did. I have no hesitation endorsing Mr Charger and will be recommending this company to anyone I know who is considering a charger install. 10 out of 10, thanks you so much guys.

Alan has been quick to answer any questions I had. The fitter arrived on time was courteous and professional, he took the time to explain how it worked, the charger was up and running within 2hrs.
