Withdrawl pending for over two weeks

Made several deposits. Won $4700 and it has been pending for almost 2 weeks. I was verified more than a week ago and did not use bonus money for the win. I have emailed several times with the same responses. I have received withdrawals in the past so I don’t know why this is taking so long.

Deposited £40, the bonus never activated, and support claimed I used the wrong code. There was no code. Waste of time.
