The website is easy to use with so many pretty things. I liked the fact that you could see the products on real people through the reviews.

Love these beautiful dresses

I'm excited for the dress but it was frustrating that I was locked out of my main payment method and it delayed my order by two days. I was trying to use a new prepaid visa gift card & apparently sometimes they can take 24hrs to work. After trying the card in the evening then once again in the morning it locked me out of that payment method but for all types of credit cards (regular too) for the next 24hrs, even though the giftcard would have definitely been working by the third attempt. Luckily I had paypal or the dress would have been delayed yet another day not being able to enter my credit card, credit was just off altogether for 24hrs. Hopefully everything goes smoothly from here!

I am already happy with my experience. I have not received my dress yet but their customer service is excellent. I feel like I have my own personal Taylor. So quick to respond and answer my questions. Also they are altering the dress to my specific request. I can’t wait to get the dress and will put up a review once I try it on.

Color options and design options as well as plus size options

This is the first time I’ve seen this company but I do like the merchandise I’ve seen

To start, my dress came on time and is of perfect quality and structure. Appearing exactly as pictured and exceeding expectations. Upon ordering, I was prompted to write a review. (This is my reason for a 4 star vs 5 star rating) I see that technique by Missacc to offset the negative reviews they receive daily about returns and custom orders. I sorted through the "use of website/ordering" reviews as that's what most are when prompted after placing an order.
I knew based on others not to do a custom sizing as this appears to be a service Missacc should discontinue until they sort out the quality problems. Knowing return process is another area of concern with this overseas company, I had someone else measure me and I measured myself. I ordered based on my largest measurement area compared to measurements listed for that dress, knowing that I would need it to be hemmed and altered from someone local. I had been searching for this particular style from a reputable company and felt strongly that Missacc would be that and it 100% was. The dress is lined and has the heavier satin hoped for as this is for my daughter's fall, outdoor wedding. The only alterations needed will be a few inches from hem for this short lady. Once I have it fitted and steamed, I will be submitting photo and review directly to Missacc for the gorgeous gown.
