Been using Mini Tool for some years now, always been reliable and user friendly. Had to reinstall Windows recently and Support provided excellent service.

There`s nothing more reassuring for a customer than having a fast, diligent and efficient Customer Service for troubleshooting any issues concerning the usage of digital tools.
My experience at MiniTool, in this regard has proven to be exemplary.

I last purchased MiniTool's Partition Wizard over seven years ago. In that time I've used it to clone and upgrade boot drives on laptops, desktop, and even external SD cards on cell phones, tablets, and Nintendo Switches. If you want the flexibility of upgrading your mobile or desktop hardware you need Partition Wizard. MiniTool's top-notch customer support will also help you make the most out of your license. Previously, their Pro Ultimate tier supported only 3 installs...when they increased that to 5 installs I messaged them and they upgraded me at no additional charge. And when my last laptop failed catastrophically, they were able to remove that install from my account...so now I can install it again on my replacement laptop. I really cannot say enough nice things about MiniTool as a company and their Partition Wizard software as a tool for upgrading your tech's storage. Kudos guys!

I have used MiniTool Partition Wizard since 2019. I bought a "Lifetime" version. Back then, lifetime on software usually meant the lifetime of the customer or the lifetime of the particular computer you were using - not the lifetime of that version or for only a year. MiniTool reactivated the software when I had a computer crash and had to reinstall windows and all my software. They were courteous and did not quibble. Recently, I changed my motherboard and processor, but kept the same M.2 SSD which had all my software. They reactivated the software one more time. They gave me the option of getting an upgrade that will cover 5 computers for a very reasonable price. I will certainly do that the next time I add another computer or upgrade the present one again. Not only do they make excellent software that is easy to use and very efficient, they have proven to be a very ethical company. Their customer service is prompt, clear, courteous, and friendly.

Hit a problem on my PC after five years of use since original purchase, and the support team sorted me in hours! Well worth the money and the support team exceeded my expectations. Excellent product.

MiniTool Partition Wizard will never let you down.

I've been using this partition s/w for years and I have to say that I've never had an issue with some pretty complex demands: I have over 400TB of storage over a mix of SATA, SAS, NVMe and plain thumb drives, and MiniTool is terrific at scrubbing, testing, formatting, partitioning, expanding, contracting and moving partitions as needed. Even when resizing Microsoft's System partitions to accommodate their growing update payloads, MiniTool allowed me to "move the unmovable" so I could grow the partition as needed.

It's excellent software backed by a responsive company at a reasonable price.

I contacted customer support for a license key reset as I no longer had access to the devices where I had previously used MiniTool Partition Wizard.

After sending an email, Yoga was quick to assist, professional and polite. Got my issue resolved quickly and I am back to using MiniTool Partition Wizard :)

Minitool is a great tool for SME Server disk management. Apart from the product, Minitoool prompt technical support, understanding and trust of customer situation is what's makes them a great company !

I contacted customer support by email and received a very quick response with some relavant questions. After answering the questions i received an elaborate explanation ans instructions how to solve the problem (rebuilding the EFI boot-partition).
I am very satisfied about MiniTool and their customer support!

I really like the product, although wish for home/personal users it was a bit less expensive.

I've been using MiniTool products since around 2020, and they've become some of the software I consistently install on every PC I own. Over the years I've used MiniTool Partition Wizard Pro, MiniTool Power Data Recovery, Video Converter, and MovieMaker, and they've all proven to be reliable, easy to use, and well worth the investment.

Most recently, after building a new computer, I ran into an activation issue with my Partition Wizard Pro license because I'd reached the activation limit. I contacted MiniTool Support, explained that two of my old computers had been retired, and they responded almost immediately. They verified which systems were no longer in use, removed the old activations, and had me up and running again within a very short time.

What impressed me most wasn't just how quickly they solved the problem, but how professional and courteous the entire process was. They clearly explained their licensing policy, reset my license without any hassle, and even offered a discounted upgrade option—without any pressure to buy.

In a time when good customer service seems increasingly rare, MiniTool continues to stand behind both its products and its customers. After using their software for years, I can confidently recommend both the products and the company behind them. Five stars all the way.

they have great software and the customer service is the best. whenever I have a question they always answer right away. highly recommend
