Profession and Service Oriented Experience (also kindness and flexibility)
Kindness, flexibility and service minded staff. I have a pension with PFA and wished to have a payment. This required a signature on a document.
I called and one of the staff was helpful and offered to prepare the document and meet me at their office today. And I was greeted at reception with an offer of fresh coffee (a latte) while I wait. Almost for I had taken a mouthful of coffee, the pension consultant came with the document to sign.
So now all is handled in under 30 hours from my first contact.
Thank you PFA Pension for a very positive experience.
