Excellent, just one niggle…
I always purchase items to care for my (excellent!) bean-to-cup machine, direct from Melitta, when discounted on promotion.
However, as is quite often the case, the water filters were ‘out of stock’ on this occasion, only to appear ‘in stock’ immediately after the promo has ended🙁 Shame, I was not even given the opportunity to place a ‘back order’ at the discounted price - I would have bought a year’s supply, and have been prepared for a delay in dispatch.
That said, I did receive my other items quickly and well packaged.
Please consider sorting the niggle to your loyal customers.

Top brew
I have been making pour over coffee for a good few years now. To be honest I don’t know why I purchased the Melitta but I’m so glad I did. Simple to use, easy on the eye and great tasting coffee without having to stand over the grounds whirling a pot around. Nice one!
