It has always been a good experience for me with Megazip as all the staff are always here to help me

I have been waiting for my order now for a month and still haven’t received it. On top of that I received a €90 custom fee for this order. I will never use this company or site again.
Paying for expedited shipping is also a joke. I have had to call DHL 4 times for shipping issues related to problems with customs.

Great company to work with. They were able to get me the parts i needed that were not available anywhere in the USA. I reveived the parts very fast once they shipped. I will definitely order from them again!

Bought and paid for a part and was told a week later that there was no stock. But if I paid 150% more they could get it from the US. Not happy.

Honestly can't imagine any better customer support they provided!
When I finally found the rare Asian-market-only motorcycle part I was seeking for a month, found here, bought it, but after checking it turned out they don't have in US warehouse, but support quickly offered me better way from Japan, so I won so much time. In such cases transportation fee costs so much more of course, but at least I found what I was seeking for, and their help was quick and incredible!
Recommended, will buy parts again from them.

I ordered a fuel tank for my bike. Only after inquiring on status did I get information that it can not be shipped with current couriers and require even more money, I have already paid an increased shipping cost and now asking for more money. Beware, never again.

Stay away!! Very disappointing experience with MegaZip.

The order was accepted and payment was taken, while the item continued to show as “processing” for several days. After multiple follow-ups and reassurances from support, I was eventually informed that the part was apparently unavailable after all.

This reflects poor inventory management and a lack of proper order verification before accepting customer payments.

Communication was slow, the process was inefficient, and the overall experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Unfortunately, this has significantly reduced my confidence in ordering from MegaZip again.

This shop has many parts for old timers, I’m sure you find for your car and motorcycles. Fast shipping, customer service gives us reply super quick, very recommended. Two thumbs up!!
