Ordered dispozable vapes. Recieved different product.
Poor customer service/explanation-my product was replaced by something else-decision I was not involved in.
Questions when replied donewith huge delay vague and impolite.
Bad reviews repeat consistently /same issues mentioned. Coincidence?

I asked for replacement or refund or will claim as fraud with card supplier.

This could be such a good business if handled professionally.

Scam shop not recommend

I placed an order on the 13th of May and have been waiting since then for my delivery. I have been waiting over month.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed an order and paid by bank transfer. Due to an issue with the shipping label, the parcel was returned and never delivered to me. After contacting customer support, I spent months trying to resolve the situation.

The response times were extremely slow throughout the entire process, often taking days or weeks to receive an update. Eventually, the company acknowledged the issue and offered either a reshipment or a refund. Since the original product was out of stock, I was instructed to place a new order and provide a new order reference so my original payment could be applied to it.

I followed all instructions exactly and submitted the new order reference as requested. After that, communication stopped. My WhatsApp messages were ignored, I was blocked on WhatsApp, and my email sent on June 3rd requesting a resolution received no reply.

The most disappointing part is not the original shipping problem, but the fact that the company has not taken responsibility for resolving it despite repeated promises and more than enough time to do so.

If you order from this company, be aware that customer support can be very slow, and resolving problems may become extremely difficult if something goes wrong.

scammers dont give tracking number i ordered for 50 euros didnt give anything no emails nothing contacted support they gave me a answer saying its processing then ignored me whole time dont buy SCAM SCAM SCAM !

They doesent reply on Whatsapp messages, but usually the package has arrived? Please reply, I need the DHL Tracking please.
I purchased trough BankTransfer 28.5.

No one replys in their Whatsapp email etc. i want to know where my order is and even if its being processed. Spent 100€ and still no reply.

So it's been 18 days since I wrote this and I've received nothing. I've called, I've texted, everything. I just want my refund. It must be the worst company I've ever had experience with.

All ordered items came, only confusion was it was packed 2 different packages.

Not gonna lie I was cautious at first but I went ahead and bought two vapes from them. Arrived in 1,5 weeks approximately with no issues at all. Also bonus points for having so many payment methods. 10/10 for sure!

Some products are very obvious fakes, print on the packaging is so low quality, barcodes that you cant even read or fake barcodes that you are supposed to check on manufacturers own site, and those confirm them to be fakes, munchies packaging looks real, but they have a way to check on their own website and you can see its all fake.

Stay safe, don't buy from medvape.

EDIT: medvape replied to my review by saying they sell EU versions of munchies, but they still have the codes to check if they are genuine, and medvapes munchie products are FAKE!

Fantastic customer service, quick delivery and top shelf quality. Definitely recommend it.

Took 1-2, weeks to deliver. Really great product! Delivered to Finland and i changed the UPS delivery to Posti so i could pick it up at the local Post machine.

Thought that the vape isint doing anything, took a blinker > threw up in 20mins😅 not going to try blinkers as a beginner anymore..

Hab eine thc vape bestellt wirkt kaum und lässt mich nur kränklich fühlen mit halzschmerzen undso weiter würde jeden abraten von da zu bestellen der Kundenservice antwortet auch kaum
