I found the design of the course easy to follow, the structure is clear, organised and effective. Response from the trainers was always fast, insightful and helpful. I had all the resources and support I needed for success and have now completed my Diploma of Practice Management.

Overall, I had a really positive experience with the course. I found it flexible, well suited to self-paced learning, and most of the course content and assessment instructions were clear and easy to follow. Staff were always lovely and happy to help. Always professional.

One area that I feel could be improved is the level of feedback provided when an assessment response needs to be revised. At times, the feedback would indicate that an answer was incorrect without much explanation about which aspect of the response needed further review. I certainly wouldn’t expect the correct answer to be provided, but a little more specific guidance about what part of the question or response should be reconsidered would make it easier to understand where the misunderstanding occurred and support the learning process.

Aside from this, I found the course straightforward to work through and really appreciated the flexibility it provided and it makes the course a fantastic option.

The help and support from the trainers

The Medical Administration Training staff were helpful through the whole process. I found the online process easy to navigate and enjoyed most of the subjects (I will never be a Work Health and Safety rep though). I had a false start with another company before stumbling onto MAT and the difference in their approach and the visual layout of the course was apparent immediately. I highly recommend this company.

The resources on the platform are professional and easy to use. Most of the time the assessment process makes sense. The support is great. I have really enjoyed the course so far.

The learning was fantastic loads of knowledge

I enjoyed the course, and the lecturers were easy to talk with, and helpful with notes in their corrections of assessments. This course covers a great range of subjects, and some go very indepth, but still relevant.

The course itself was very intense, for me, considering I have not worked in the medical field at all, and have not studied in over 3 decades. But I managed to work my way through and have learn't a lot of interesting facts along the way.

It was so quick and easy to get questions answered when needed. The content was relevant to the study and enjoyable.

The online LMS system is well organised and easy to navigate. The learning materials and course contents are very informative, practical, and well detailed.
The admin staff and assessors are also very responsive, supportive, and helpful throughout the course. I had a positive learning experience with Medical Administration Training.

I've found this course good but some questions can be more direct in what they needing u to do.
