I got declined their service even though I suffer with 4 different problems they have listed on their site and even though in the past I have been accepted by other companies.
I applied to them because they were cheaper than other companies but I wish I hadn't.
The telephone appointment is a rubbish 5 minute call, they ask you hardly anything then make a decision based on no facts. They don't explain why you have not been accepted they just boot you off their site/app and send a basic email.
I would avoid this company and go with one that is genuine and wants to help people.

After a few orders with Medicann, I’m really impressed overall. The onboarding process was seamless, the initial calls with the physicians were brilliant, and any query I’ve sent over has been handled quickly and helpfully by their team.

Having no monthly subscription charges is a huge plus, and the delivery speed is crazy fast—orders land on the doorstep before you know it.

The recent app upgrade is a great touch, especially being able to track exactly how much of your prescription you’ve used.

If I had one small feature request for future updates, it would be the ability to sort products by price alongside the other filter options currently available in the app.

While pricing on certain items can be a touch eye-watering at times and stock availability can occasionally be hit-and-miss, the overall quality of the service and products makes it well worth it.

Great service, really professional and informative, my delivery arrived within 1 day of ordering.

You can barely ever select the same product twice, forcing you to pay higher, select different brand and flavour and prices every order, it lack consistency. causing me to cough and experience different effects. Its a shame you can't obtain a certain brand or strength on a continuous basis, especially when it's a prescription service.

I’ve been a Medicann customer since last October. I’ve been enjoying weekly shipments and so far only one order has had a defect, which they resolved for me. It did take a few weeks of harassment for them to sort that though. I get the impression they’re super busy, which isnt surprising given no consultancy fee and next day delivery.

Would recommend.

3 quality issues into my Medicann experience and not once did they handle the problem or take the bad product back. Refuses to handle customer issues.

Fantastic service from Medicann. I have to say that from my initial enquiry to the first consultation and subsequent approval/order of first prescription, the service has been truly outstanding.

10/10 service 10/10 medical grade bud and for anyone saying medical bud is no good is lying massively id highly recommend going with these guys as there are many medical companies out there this bar far is the best

Awful customer service, do not try to get help from them. I am a disabled person who struggles also from dyslexia so I have a hard time comprehending big forms. I have told Medicaan this multiple times they do not care. I have sent back a form 5 seperate times saying I need help, I need a travel letter written but no one is giving me help. They are absolutely useless and have the same empathy levels as a rock, do not expect them to help you when you need it

Having suffered sciatica fro many years and being on tramadol, medicann has been a life saver literally, from being 1st assessed to being accepted has been a really great experience, the only thing I would say,is regarding vapes ,they should sell the machines/vape battery needed rather then people having to guess what things they actually need,like with dry herb vapouriser.but other then that its been a great welcoming company thats helped me immensely, thank you all once again

From Monday I registered, by Thursday I had my phone call with a doctor, so easy straight foward, by fri lunch I was approved, ordered before 2.30pm ,received medication by lunch time sat . Im really expressed super happy ,double happy with the products, 4c labs 😁 top pharmacy.

After being with another company for a few years who was ridiculously expensive I had been looking around for somewhere new and was recommended Medicann by a relative.

I was a little bit apprehensive at first after reading some reviews but I’m SO glad I didn’t listen! The transition was so smooth and they moved extremely quickly. I ordered my medication on Friday and it was delivered Saturday pre 1pm.

The consultation was smooth and professional and I couldn’t be happier with the service, the quick delivery and the quality of medication.

Id just like to say a massive thankyou to Medicann. I have been self medicating with all weed products for many years and im a healer and make my own edibles and pain balm etc.
I had heard some bad reports about irradiated weed but my first order of purple octane was the perfect for my needs. Sweet and fruity and lovely and smooth. A nice heavy couch lock and switch off for my adhd.

Its so easy to order its like shopping on amazon. If you order by 12 30pm you will have it the next day.

What a fantastic clinic and really good products. If you known your strains well like I do then its absolutely the clinic for you.

Great staff amazing products

From start finish with the doctors review after sending my care summary was amazing. I've lived with chronic pain for years since damaging the lower part of my spine in a work related lifting injury.. I've tried so many different prescription drugs over the years and have found they only help for a short time, I got to the point where I was just sick and tired of swapping to different meds. I watch a u tube channel Smokie Mcgreen who talks about the different aspects of medical cannabis. The thing that put off was I couldn't afford the subscription fees and doctors fees along with purchasing medical cannabis, then on one of his casts he mentioned Medicann UK and that there was no subscription fees ect. I was totally blown away and instantly checked them out. I can honestly say it's been a game changer and now with the help of medical cannabis I've drastically reduced the prescription drugs. Medicann are awesome and I would totally recommend them. Well done all that work for them 👍👍
