I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I did not receive my package at all. The tracking shows it was never shipped to my area at all. I have reached out to customer support several times and have not received a refund or another item shipped. They sent me a link to a company called speed x and they say the package was disposed of? Idk. The whole thing was sketchy and I’m so disappointed.

The weighted plushies are my favorite! They are very soft and have cute designs. I also got the otter blanket. Also incredibly soft and cozy.

I honestly adore the plushies, keychain, and especially the blanket hoodie! They're all so soft and comfortable to cuddle with and sleep around!

I feel like they'd be a really nice gift for others who get really touchy-feely around soft things, or if someone just likes the feel of fluff!

I've purchased several plushies from Mewaii. Every purchase was great.i love the variety of plushies to choose from.they come in many different styles and colors so it's easy to find something for everyone.ive never had shipping issues (even during the holidays). The plushies arrive vacuum sealed.it takes a few minutes for them to fluff up after you open them.they are also sold on Amazon.

Half of the order was missing. I attempted to contact the company multiple times over the following weeks for them to follow up with the delivery service they had used to find out where it was lost or to at least offer a replacement before Christmas, as this was a Christmas gift that now can't be given.

Update - issue was fault of delivery service and item had been falsely reported but eventually redelivered in te following month.

Wife ordered a long cat plushie.

- Online it was advertised as "down cotton" and "super soft spandex" as a "highlight," but the tag says the fabric is "polyester/cotton" with "100% polyester stuffing."

- The plush was damaged, specifically some kind of heat damage where a strange hexagonal pattern was burned into a spot on the head.

- Otherwise, it is cute and soft and squishy, and not a bad plush. Maybe just a little cheap, and peeved about the false advertising.

ordered a 20 inch long plush. came relatively quickly but quality could be better. on arrival, it was already slightly gray, i dont know if its from dirt of if thats how it was manufactured. after a few uses while sleeping, the strings on the wings and paws started fraying and coming out, some part of the tail also broke off and had to re-sew it twice. other than that, the quality and everything is fine

I ordered from this company at the end of July 2024. I made 2 orders and they never got delivered. It’s January 2025 now and whenever I email them about it they respond with “wait! Tracking is in progress.” It’s been like 6 months man. I just want my money back. I spent over 40$

Delivery was never made. Delivery company sent back saying address was wrong or didn’t exist. No contact was attempted by delivery company. Tried for a week to get in touch with them but their phones seem to never be manned.

Product came but the box was in a horrendous condition. It was dented but the product worked fine fortunately.....

So the very first time that I bought from this company their Capybara he was fluffy and perfect just like from the Ad I received. So I was like "Hmm... Maybe my friend would love one."

However the SECOND time I bought one for my friend, It came with a hole and LESS filling in the plushy.
When I contacted the seller about a return/refund, this is one of the things they said:
" We sent the picture you provided to our colleagues in the product department. They said it is a handmade product. It should be the long distance transportation that caused the pillow stitching to come loose.
Can we offer a 25% partial refund for your order as compensation?"

LIKE at first they said 20% then 25% PARTIAL REFUND??? For a Plushy that CAN'T even be snuggled? That's INSANE. If ONLY I could add screenshots of the Entire Email and Photos.

I didn't receive no compensation so please fellow consumers don't use PayPal because their Buyer Protection will REQUIRE you ship the item back to this company and it COSTS more than the item. (Believe me, I checked DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc...)
Just use a Card, so you can do a Charge Back in case you receive a damaged plushie and they refuse to fully refund you.

Purchase at YOUR own RISK with this Company.

I love them they are so cute and adorable and soft!!

The plushie itself was pretty good but could have had more filling. However I had a problem with it and the customer service was frustrating to deal with. They seem to have a script to offer larger and larger discounts to sweep everything under the rug and did not really answer the questions I asked. The problem got solved in the end but the experience left a poor impression.

I ordered a plush dino toy from Cuteee Shop (same company as Mewaii). They shipped it one week late. I wrote to them asking where it is, and they answered (within 2 days) that it is late and they can return the money if I want. I decided to wait for the toy. The dino came 100% like on the picture. I feared it won't look great, but it is carefully made, identical to the picture and really adorable. And it has a lot of stuffing inside and is really squishy. Despite a longer wait, I am happy with my purchase.

I haven’t even received them. It’s been over a month and I spent around 40 dollars. It’s such a shame too cuz they were a birthday gift. I haven’t gotten anything aside from the email asking to review it.

Edit: It’s been 5 months, no refund, no product, no updates. I’m so annoyed.
Edit 2: 6 months. They keep saying “shipping information in progress and then they stopped responding. I love that for me.

I loved my plushie mini long cat and the accessories that came as part of mystery pack.
It was so much fun unboxing and my daughter loved them too- she got the mushroom baby and the accessories ( key ring n necklace) .
Yes, postage to Australia is long but it's worth it. Get packaging with vacuum seal- I loved that actually as it was in pristine condition on arrival.
Soft, good quality and just like the photos.
I am waiting on my second order now.

All these one star reviews are crazy to me! I've ordered several plushies, pillows, and capybaras! Every thing I have received is beautiful in quality and super comfy! Now a few things to remember and be PATIENT about: they ship from China which means your package has to go through customs TWICE once in China and once in your country of origin. After it clears customs expect it to take about a week to get to you so stop complaining about shipping times!! Next thing is they vacuum seal everything they ship! So if it looks "flat" or "poorly made" put it in your dryer for a couple of minutes and stop finding a reason to hate everything! Everything is perfectly packed and I love that it's vacuum sealed so nothing smells or gets wet when it arrives! I replaced both my pillows with these cat paw pillows and man I would buy 12 more if I had the money. I love everything on this site and I'm actually addicted to the products now! The prices are great with the online sales and I love the selection of giant stuffies they offer! I also had a wonderful experience with customer service on my first order. I inquired about shipping times and they not only answered me very timely but they also notified me of my other order being out of stock and asked if I would like to get a different color or wait for the one I ordered. It took a week before they could ship the one I wanted but boy am I glad I waited! I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this company definitely buy from here!

I spun the lucky wheel and thought I would get 10-15% discount as thats what you get everywhere else when you spin some type of wheel. But I actually won a free plushie. I payed the 5usd in shipping and it arrived 10 days later. Quality seems good
