Let me start by saying if I could give a 10 star review I would! I was lucky enough to work with Brianna to design our team's 12U banner for Cooperstown. Brianna went above and beyond for us. She worked over the weekend to make sure our banner was completed in time, and the final design was better than I ever could have imagined. Not only is she talented, but she was helpful, creative, responsive, and truly cared about making it perfect. I cannot wait to show the boys and their parents. We are so grateful. Metro Pins made the entire process very easy from the design to the ordering and delivery! We had such a great experience that we ordered 2 years in a row!

I found out literally hours before the deadline (to submit your order and design) that pins were a thing a softball tournament we were going to at the end of the month and that the girls will really want them.

I called the company and thankfully got Tiffany on the line who worked with me and we got it done. The pins even arrived earlier than expected and looked great.

Honestly she could have said no immediately after I explained the situation. We basically needed to approve a design that didn't yet exist within a few hours. I worked one on one with Chel of MetroPins, and she was incredible every step of the way. Our first design together was very detailed with lots of little sections, and she made sure that not only was the piece physically possible in a way that honored my original art but that the colors and small details popped in a way I couldn’t have even imagined.

She was also so patient with me as I adjusted my timeline and asked a million and one questions, which is something I truly appreciated as I am sometimes overly-detail oriented.

Seriously, I cannot sing Chel’s praises nearly enough. We’re already working on our next designs, and I can’t wait to see them come to life too.
