bought a dedicated server with AMD Ryzen 9 9950X @ 5.7GHz (16 cores 32 threads) as a CPU, got a AMD EPYC 7401P 24C instead which is extremely slow and old. 64 GB DDR5 ram, got a whole 32 gb ddr3. 1.5 TB nvme ssd, got not even 500gb hdd, this is just a whole scam business. support is just non existent and the cherry on the cake is there are only older OS versions like outdated ubuntu and not even any other OS. conclusion; this is a terrible hosting and is using bots on discord to get more customers. also bought youtube ads to grow their scam, also uses bots to spam 5 star reviews.

the customer service is non existent, i bought a VPS server and can only install operating systems that have reached end of life such as ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04, centos 6 and 7 and debian 8.0. the only operating system that is up to date is pterodactyl with ubuntu 24.04 but i dont want pterodactyl and they just dont react on anything from me, i paid 50 euros because the reviews were pretty good but then i saw that the recent reviews were all bad and all the reviews from a few years ago are good. their quote is "quality doesnt need to be expensive" and they say that good because they say NEED and they truly dont follow it. long story short dont buy anything because either it doesnt work or is overpriced.

Bought and can't use it
I bought the server for a year, bc chatgpt said it's good. But now I can't connect with the server. I am connected to diffrent servers, like GPort or Private servers of friend and they all work fine. But the server from them doesn't. I wrote with the support, but they couldn't tell me what to do. He just said, that he can join the server (and how should that help me). He tried to lure me to the AI bot, but the AI bot said, that he doesn't know much about Satisfactory Servers, so he can't help me too. The support doesn't answer anymore. Idk if I asked to many questions, but I never became an answer on any of them. He just said, that they can't reclaim it. That's all I know now. That I paid for a server just the support can't joint and I am lost. If u want a satisfacotry server, take a little bit more money and don't take this one, just bc it is cheap.

received instead a processor from the year 2013 that was not even specified in the advert ddr3 ram 1200 Mhz well what can I say scam don't fall for it, use serious providers. they are old cpu. and they promise over 80% less performance than what you buy

Another SCAM Host
The servers i rented ( 1x 10 GB and 1 x 8 GB) were both not able to run the modpacks i designed and were constantly out of memory. The garbage collector was also not working
Support was completely useless and saying i should use less mods.
Setting up a server on my own pc for testing purpose, resulted in having a neat ans smooth running server.
So i decided to rent a real server (windows) and now this modpacks runs smooth (with less RAM even). No lag, no out of memory.
Conclusion: NEVER rent from a minecraft hosting service. THEY ARE 100% A SCAM.
Buy/rent a real server, 1 you have full control. Yes it probably cost a little more, but it is so much more worth it.
