Ordered. No response to emails. No tracking. No help. No goods. Bank has now been instructed to intervene. I have never dealt with such bad service in the horology business. I’m coming to Bordeaux in October. I will initiate a complaint there also

Made an order with them and got the confirmation and then nothing, and it seems like I’m not the only one. I’ve e-mailed and written on their website and still nothing. It’s been several months on an order that’s meantto take a couple of weeks.

I ordered a watch strap and didn't receive the item. No one is replying to my messages.

Shipping has taken some time, but that's normal.

I ordered a watch bracelet from Masar, which took a long time to arrive after odering. The bracelet was advertised as suitable for a Rolex Oyster watch. The bracelet that they sent was not suitable for my Rolex Oyster watch so I contacted them on their chat line. I was told to go to their page for returning it, which I did by post. They did not collet it from the post office and today I received it back, returned to me at my expense. For this experience I would give less than one star if could, and hope others would not have the same experience that I have had. Now I am stuck with a bracelet that is of no used to me. And because I had to pay return postage for nothing I am definitely not happy with them!!!!

The mesh strap is beautiful and well crafted, the delivery was prompt. I do recommend and if / when I need to replace another watch strap I definitely will be buying it from Masar

I have placed an order, and it as not arrived yet, and they do not response to my emails.
I have gone through multiple reviews and it looks like they are a scam as we are all facing the same issue.

My order was never shipped after payment. 2 months and no response after many e-mails for cancellation of the order. Beware of this scam!

I ordered 19mm spring bars but received bigger ones that does not fit in the watch. I tried to reach them through email several times to ask for an exchange with the correct sized ones without response.
