Easy and quick to apply, has lasted neat, glossy and chip-free several days (normally any nail polish would start chipping the second day on my nails). Very happy for ordering the starter kit and planning on ordering more colors.

Manicurist has some great products and awesome customer service -- but their shipping is tough. The carrier, DHL is unreliable which makes ordering very frustrating and costly to the company (in my opinion). While Manicurist and their team kindly offer replacement orders and refunds when warranted, DHL shipping has misplaced 5 out of 7 boxes. That is terrible!!

I was able to order my product online and it was delivered very quick. However I had forgotten a 10% discount code gir my order as a new customer. I emailed Emma and she quickly refunded the discount into my bank straightaway. Grest service on her part.

The ordering process was simple, and delivery was fast. I was initially cautious because the photos looked almost too perfect, and nowadays it's not always easy to know what to believe when it comes to product images. 😉

I'm happy to say that Manucurist delivered exactly what was promised. After only three weeks, my nails were visibly healthier. I'm continuing the treatment every two weeks for now, and I'm very pleased with the results so far. I'll most likely continue using Manucurist products in the future.

I did not get my package but I guess it was the delivery company because I got back to Manucurist and they were great, they treated me nicely and the help was awesome. I am getting a new package and I guess this time everything will be fine. Thanks a lot!

I made an order several weeks ago, and ever since have just had an update every other day saying that it has been delayed. I’ll be given a new delivery date of two days time, then two days later I’ll receive the same thing again.
I emailed around a week ago and no response, just a radio silence. Emailed again a couple of days ago to ask for a refund and, again, was ignored.
Appalling service - just don’t risk it.

Excellent products and great customer service. I'm only withholding 5 stars because of delivery issues, which occurred in 2 out of 3 shipments.
You really need to find another courier for deliveries in Italy!

I've been a client of Manucurist for the past 6 years.

I love their products, I do my manucure weekly and always have my nails beautiful and lasting long. Their care product line is actually amazing.

Not only their products are outstanding, but their customer service is super reliable and reactive. My last order was unfortunately lost and after contacting the customer service, I received an answer in less than an hour. They were super helpful, reactive and also sweet.

Honestly, this company is a total green flag! Thank you again Manucurist!

My order was marked as delivered on July 14, but I never received it. The carrier’s proof-of-delivery photo is completely black and does not show the package or delivery location. I contacted customer service immediately, provided screenshots, and sent multiple follow-up emails, including through the website contact form. Despite being told my case would be escalated, I have received no updates or resolution. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered long time ago and my package keep being delayed 🤨 i have not received anything yet.
