Good product but delivery terrible.....
It is a shame that while they supply a good quality product (in my case wooden boards) the delivery is deplorable and misleading when placing the order. Tracking delivery is almost impossible and getting accurate information on the location of the order really difficult. MADERTERRANEO need to urgently review who they use to transport orders and move to a better and more reliable agent!I have been waiting a month for delivery from Spain to France - unacceptable!

While I understand your reply below, it really doesn't help my situation as I have just been told that the delivery agent has LOST my order after waiting 5 weeks. I urgently need assistance and would appreciate an email to contact to resolve this frustrating situation before I request a refund from Paypal and cancel the order!
