We’d like to reassure you that your order was shipped with care and promptness on the first available business day. Please note that June 2nd is a national holiday in Italy. Unfortunately, during this time, several strikes across the country have affected shipping services, leading to delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.
We understand that your delivery is delayed by about two working days compared to the usual European shipping timeframe of 5–6 business days. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience, even though the cause of the delay is entirely outside our control.
