Our experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing. The photos shown online were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property at all.

When we arrived, we found the place to be extremely dirty and far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness. It was so unacceptable that we decided to leave immediately without staying even one night.

Unfortunately, the host was completely uncooperative. Although we departed immediately due to the poor condition of the accommodation, no refund was offered despite the fact that the full amount had been paid in advance.

I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious. The listing does not accurately represent the property, and if you encounter problems, do not expect any understanding or fair treatment from the host.

We paid €6,060 for staff accommodation booked via monteurzimmer.de and have not received access to the property.

The booking was confirmed and invoiced by:
L & S Projekt GmbH (Essen, Germany)
Operating in connection with Staffboarding Agency GmbH (same address / management structure)
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation:
• No access to the accommodation has been provided
• The assigned contact (Krystyna Hasiak) is not responding
• Calls, messages, and emails have gone unanswered
We have:
• Official invoice with VAT ID (DE309181366)
• Bank details (Commerzbank)
• Identified director: Lukas Matuszewski
• Full documentation of communication attempts
At this point, this represents a serious failure to deliver a paid service.
We also want to highlight serious concerns about monteurzimmer.de, the platform through which this booking was made.
The listings connected to this provider are now inactive or under “technical maintenance”, raising questions about:
• Vetting of advertisers
• Platform responsibility
• Protection for customers making high-value bookings
It is extremely concerning that a platform facilitating accommodation listings allows situations like this to occur without visible safeguards.
We strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when booking through monteurzimmer.de and listings associated with:

• Staffboarding Agency GmbH

Centrally located, neat and tidy Pension. Freshly renovated sleeping and bath rooms with comfortable beds and shower. Very friendly and helpfull hostage.

I lived in this house for almost 2 years. Everything was great. Good landlords, great and big house and superior accommodation cleaning service.
