recently, I ordered the tote bag with the wallet and then I had to order the phone wallet separately because you were out of the three packs sets and then after I receive those, I love them so much. I ordered the duffel bag. These are such beautiful products and I am so grateful that I got them to always remember the 250 anniversary.

Part of my order was delayed/lost in shipping so Montana West sent me another item. Shortly after receiving one item, the second arrived. Jovie was very helpful in making sure I received my order and helping with instructions on what to do with the second item. In the end, I’m able to gift the second item to a friend or family member. The customer service and support is 10/10. The wait time for response via email is almost non-existent. They actually reached out first when my package went missing before I could. I was shocked and impressed by that. Thank you Jovie and Montana West! I love my purses and wallet. I’ll definitely be ordering through your company again in the future. ❤️

I do not know where to start honestly. I purchase about 20 plus purses every month, and this last time I had ordered 26, and I noticed I had 2 missing. I emailed customer service, and I got a message within hours if not minutes from JOVIE. Literally the sweetest and most understanding person you could ask for. Immediately I was receiving an email that they were looking into the problem. This was last week. Today I received the most amazing package with the missing items, and I’m obsessed. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such an Amazing experience from start to finish with customer service. So very personable and sweet. I cannot rave enough about how they dealt with this. I loved Montana West before, but I Love them twice as much now. Just knowing that if there is a problem, you have someone who responds and understands means everything. JOVIE helped me when I moved in the middle of a shipment and somehow figured how to divert it to my new address, and it was there within 2 days. Again (Shouting from the rooftop ), just so grateful and super impressed. Thank you JOVIE! You deserve a raise🫶🏻

I ordered 2 $30 surprise packs. I'm extremely happy with what I received. First item was a Western tote bag with a matching wallet that can be worn as a wristlet. The second item was a western bag with a matching wallet. Great value for the items received. I'm giving the tote bag and wristlet to my sister as a birthday gift. Greatly recommend this site. This was my 3rd time ordering. Great value and great prices.

Shipping may take a bit longer then I would like but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE both my purses and can't wait to receive the rest of my orders!

I made what I feel was a pretty expensive order, atleast for me on My 29th and have not received my full order it is now July, I have inquire through chat several times to see what the hold up is and no clear response. It is a couple of mystery boxes, I never imagined it would take this long.

I bought a mystery box , purse and wallet. At first look I wasn’t sure I liked the black and white cow print. I started unpacking it and looking at the straps and the space inside. It’s very well made and now I absolutely love it.

This is the second mystery bag I bought and I love it! Delivery was quick and the quality is great!

The delivery is fast, I love the mystery of not knowing what I get until I open them. I think its a great deal! The first time I got 2 nice size bags this time I got 1 medium size and 2 small ones. I ordered 2 men's wallets but haven't gotten those yet.

Pre ordered, only wish there was more communication about the expected date.

exceptional quality of the real leather conceal carry bag high durability and stylish look. Also a mystery boxes wrangler purse with matching wallet was a welcome addition compact size will be great for summer events without the bulk of a larger bag and a stylish geometric pattern to the cloth with whipstitch details.

I adore these gorgeous purses & products (and they're better in person)! They're so well made, last forever and compliments never stop coming. And the prices are phenomenal.
But I ADORE the Staff even more.
Working with Melody was one of the best encounters I've had with an employee at any company.
She worked incredibly hard to make sure I got what I wanted - and it wasn't easy to find! She can think out of the box, is kind and smart, caring and extremely patient, knows her products and company incredibly well. A combination of all those traits is very rare to find in one human being. I am so blessed to find her - and look forward to working with her again - when I find something else I MUST have!! :-)
I also am VERY impressed with Jenny. She's an excellent communicator. I'm a very strong woman and can be very difficult. I wasn't very nice, ended up hanging up on her (ooops).
I was SO surprised when I got a very calm call back from Melody - Jenny had explained to Melody exactly what happened - never pointed a finger at me - was incredibly professional and her grasp of what I wanted was spot on.
I've often found that the professionalism and kindness of employees is even more important than the item I'm looking for. Material things mean nothing if it's always an unpleasant experience when you call a company.
If it's a joyful experience, I'll ALWAYS go back there FIRST!

This purse is literally been sitting on my desk and nowhere else. I've had it less than 12 hours and it is falling apart. Very disappointing 😞

I will only order from montana west for my purses. I like the wrangler brand as well. These are made sturdy and well worth the money. The mytery boxes are awesome!!! I have just received a mystery box today again.And very pleased!!!

I just had an issue with an order and customer service was more than willing to help me. I have purchased at least 15 bags/wallets over the last few years from Montana west and am always more than happy with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
